Vice City Hidden Package Question

Hello,

 

This is my first time with the forums, and I joined specifically for this. I've been trying to 100% GTA: Vice City. I've been trying to get all of the hidden packages, and I've been using this guide:

I'm up to package number 68, and I've only found 67 (Note: It says 68 because I've found the Sunshine Autos one previously) and I'd like some help finding the other one, that #68. I was hoping someone could use the above link and check the locations up to #68? Also, here's the save file:
