Whist most driving games release iterations every 2-3 years, GTA V has been out so long that the generations of car models have changed and what was current at release in 2013 (e.g. Dominator / Mustang) is now considered outdated. They could just pack DLCs with current versions of OG vehicles (alongside certain classic counterparts).

 

They have even modeled concept cars and it has been so long that their production models have been released. So now we are stuck with just their concepts in game -

 

Vapid Riata comes to mind - we need the Ford Bronco

Enus Huntley S - Bentley SUV concept that should be updated to reflect the Bentayga

 

 

 

The new dominator better be a 2020 Shelby GT500 

Carbon fiber track package GT500 

GT500 base model 

Base model GT500 does have the cup 2 carbon fiber wheels and big wing with 550lbs of downforce like the carbon fiber track package GT500. The first production Mustang to have a dual clutch transmission and do 10s in the quarter mile. 10.5s and 10.6s is insane for a Mustang stock. This even keeps with the Lamborghini aventador in a roll race.

I guess embracing a full EV future, i wouldn't mind if Bravado followed the tradition..


Dodge Charger Daytona SRT EV. 

Perhaps the most bizarre feature is the exhaust system it has, which mimics the sound of the Hellcat engine. Producing a loud roar which reaches over 120 decibels!

It looks amazing, its like a toned down batmobile (Speaking of that it definitely deserves Imani Tech)! Its waaaaay better than this heap of disappointment they unveiled

The fact that I like the EV (not all EVs are bad) way more that this is saying something.

For me this is a proof that chrysler doesn't know what to do with dodge since stellantis became a thing. 

Instead of letting the charger name die with honor they throw it at a awd eletric car that clearly sits on a platform never intented to be two door. The only difference between this and car 12 from eletric startup number 87 is that this car looks retro and has a name in the industry which it represents nothing of. 

And the fake sounds to top it all of ? We got the eletric car shenanigans combo. If anyone can point out how this car is more dodge than any generic chinese eletric sedan i would be surprised. 

 

I wouldn't really mind this car if it wasn't called charger etc etc. Give it a new name, create its own legacy. Chrysler is throwing everything at the window to say "we are not boring, please still buy", and this kind of marketing often gets the opposite result.

They didn't even try to hide the fact is a tonale, this is as lazy as 90s rebadges of japanese and chinese cars.

 V8 days are over in 2023 for Dodge. 650S next gen mustang will have a V8 and a manual with possible 500hp. Unveil is next month in September 

Mustang is the only one that hasn't discontinued in its 50+year presence like Camaro,charger, and Challenger did.

I have to ask, what is the opinion of a convertible Mustang in the US within the car community? Does it add to the cool factor since it's a convertible variant of an iconic American muscle car or is it like seeing a convertible Range Rover in the UK that makes you wanna

 

 

Personally, for the next classic American muscle car I hope they add a 1970's Plymouth Roadrunner (or 72' GTX of F8 fame). Maybe a Benny's upgrade to a Superbird as well. R* could call it the Schyster Gunslinger.

Both of these need to be in the next DLC, I also want R* to add the Pattinson Batmobile.

Depends on the year and generation model Mustang. Personally, I love the S197 model Mustangs especially the GT500 from 2013-2014. I love the convertible GT500 from 2013!

OG dominator is the 2005-2009 mustang with some 71-73 mach 1 influences.
