In the last year we got 3 new vehicle sub-classes; Tuners, Agency, HSW. How many of each do we think we will receive this summer?

 

Me: None. R* will forget about them and add a new luxury car mod shop run by Pegasus Lifestyle Management to parody the likes of MANSORY.

 

Adds a brand new, bespoke interior customization with luxury options like a golden steering wheel, diamond encrusted options etc. Also includes bullet resistant windows and the lock on missile jammer as standard. No weapons, only defensive options like an AOE flamethrower / EMP blast.

 

Convert existing vehicles into their "Pegasus Edition" like: Pegassi Toros (Pegasus Edition)

I'm kind of confused in this forum section (just want to ask a basic question but can't find the thread for general talk about Vehicles lol) - What is the rarest vehicle in Online that I can obtain?  - yes I know, it's not of the topic lol. 

In regards to this topic, my wishes are (though doubtful)
- Able to purchase and modify any car with Federal Lights and Siren packs and store them. 
- Older Crown Victoria's and Police Cars such as the '78 Dodge Monaco.

You can probably gather my interest haha

1989-1997 Annis Seirei

Inspiration: 1991 Mazda MX-5 Miata [NA]

Class: Sports / Coupes

Price: $500,000 (GTA Price) / $13,000 (Rational Price) @ Southern San Andreas Super Sport Autos

Description: "No sense of urgency, nor sense of obligation. The Seirei takes no answers, asks no questions, and wastes no time - because all that control is put in the hands of those willing to grab the wheel and manipulate it. Twisty chicanes, tight corners, and long winding freeways, there's no telling how far it can take you, but we're damn sure you know you'll enjoy it. And the only victim here is your hair."

Exterior Design: Primarily, the front and side shape of the Seirei is mainly based on the NA Miata. The front bumper, trim and pop-up headlights, however, are inspired by the 1993 Toyota MR2 Turbo, with the side mirrors, foglights and skirts are taken from the 1992 Lotus Elan Turbo [M100]. The rear shape and taillights are inspired by the 1996 BMW Z3 Cabriolet while the rear bumper resembles the 1991 Toyota MR2, but with a single smaller exhaust instead of duals.

Interior Design: The interior is mainly based on the 1991-1993 Mitsubishi 3000GT/GTO with the center console and steering wheel from the 1993 Nissan 240SX [S13]. Alternatively, the interior from the ZR350 with the "Sprint Basic" steering wheel option can be used as well.

Performance: Everything you've come to expect from a Miata. Not so much power, but its light weight and impressive handling response make it a great car to drive. Compared to the Sultan Classic, it doesn't have a whole lot of acceleration, but its smaller size edge it out on the corners. Speed-wise, it's similar to the RT3000 but slower on the straights. In wet conditions, however? Tough luck.

 

 

2015-present Annis Seirei SP

Inspiration: 2016 Mazda MX-5 Miata [ND]

Class: Sports / Coupes

Price: $820,000 (GTA Price) / $34,700 (Rational Price) @ Southern San Andreas Super Sport Autos

Description: "If there's one car to beat the original Seirei at what it is capable of, it could only ever be the next Seirei. Forget all the marketing buzz developed over thousand million horsepower figures, shift the SP into gear and the drive alone is a classic case in point. Turn the radio off, put the top down, and let the car do the talking - because even a trip to the therapist will be guaranteed exciting. Plus, the wind noise will sound infinitely better than all the blabber from those pesky lesbian radio hosts."

Exterior Design: Similar to the Seirei's design, the overall body shape mainly resembles the MX-5 ND. The front of the car is inspired by the 2008 Honda OSM concept, but with the headlights being taken from the 1st-gen Subaru BRZ. Alternatively, the front bumper from the 2016 Lotus Elise S (but with a slightly larger grille) can be used. The side skirts and side mirrors are also taken from the Honda OSM concept. The rear of the car is partially inspired by the Miata, but with the rear bumper from the Fiat 124 Spider and the taillights from the Toyota Copen GR Sport, albeit rounder and without the black trim in the middle. The license plate holder would also be in between the taillights just like on the 124.

Interior Design: With this being the modern version of the Seirei, it would be cool to use an interior similar to the one on the Seirei; therefore the SP's interior is based on the 2018 Nissan 370Z with the center console, door cards, seats and steering wheel from the 2019 Hyundai Veloster N. Alternatively, the interior from the Nero/Cypher with the gauges, center console, steering wheel and overall middle part taken from the FMJ/Vectre interior can be utilized.

Performance: Just like the 90s Seirei, the SP comes with excellent and responsive handling and traction, but now with faster off-the-line acceleration as well and a higher top speed. Understeer and/or oversteer is almost completely non-existent as the light weight of the SP edges other similar cars like the Vectre and the Euros on tight corners, though it is just barely beaten by the Jester RR. Still, it is easily more maneuverable and controllable unless in wet conditions.

Front of the T.50, the more conventional (no fan) back end and two-seat layout of the T.33, fudge the side details to split the difference, and job done: a decent modern counterpart to the GP1 (and yeah, it'd make sense to make it a Progen, considering how the 50 is explicitly designed as a successor to the McLaren F1).
