For the Ferrari lovers

Grotti Stinger Calafia — mix of Ferrari 410 Superamerica [pininfarina coachwork] and 250 California

“as any fan of Grotti will tell you, any model made before 1965 was a one off, subject to the poor tastes of the buyer. Whereas the standard Stinger was designed by a drunk ape, the Calafia is well-regarded as the most handsome model to ever roll off the Grotti lathe.”

Grotti SP500 — 1967 Ferrari 330P4

“mid 60s sports car racing. An era where engine performance far exceeded tyres and braking and safety. Every time you stepped into the cockpit, there was a 1/3 chance you’d end up upside-down in a barn after leaving the unguarded road at 220mph. It’s time to relive that fantasy and fear in rush hour traffic.”

Grotti Ferocious — Ferrari Daytona

“this is it: the most iconic GT car ever built. A 400bhp V12 out front, a 5 speed manual in the middle, rear wheel drive at the back, and Italian supermodel styling. It doesn’t get any better than this... unless you buy the topless version. Because who doesn’t like a topless Italian supermodel?” [spyder and coupe variants available]

Grotti Magnum — Ferrari 308 GTS

“the Magnum was the Cheetah’s little brother. Smaller, lighter, more reliable, and more economical. Or as much as an early 80s Italian exotic built on a Friday by men high on coke can be. Grow your moustache and don an aloha shirt, and show everyone just how much of a Magnum you’ve got.”

Grotti Borneo — Ferrari 456GT Venice

“have you ever wondered what too much money looks like? Well this is it. Deciding to take Italian exotica and turn it into a 5 door estate ‘because you can’ is the mark of a maniac. A maniac just like you.”

Grotti Cheetah GTX — Ferrari FXX and FXX-K

“Mad. Suicidal. A massive bell-end. All are terms that accurately describe the sort of person that would buy the Cheetah GTX. It is a 1200bhp hy-KERS supercar designed for the race track. It’s so fast that it’s illegal to race in any category, yet is sold with the expectation that only rich elderly men will drive it. Usually you’d buy it to have the privilege of driving it on scheduled track days, whilst Grotti keeps it in a hermetically sealed chamber the other 364 days of the year. But they’ve decided to make an exception.”

Grotti Herculaneum — Ferrari Roma with Portofino convertible hardtop

“a civilised Grotti? A phrase once thought impossible, it has now become reality. Pleasant, comfortable, reliable. Yet, the Herculaneum retains the ability to rip your face off at any time. It’s rather like having a cougar as a pet. It’s been a loving affectionate oversized housecat from the time it was a baby, but every once in a while it shows you just how strong it is when it pins you to the ground and makes a move for your throat.”

I’m personally a Lamborghini fan but Ferrari has more of a variety of cars to choose from so if I could build a collection I would go with Ferraris and if we were able to have these in GTA I’d be happy. I like how you put a description of them as well.

The fact people agreed with your pseudo intellect reply which only made you look stupid not me but I mean maybe you should have read the full post rather than tried to correct me with your ignorance.

But go on..

Because i like old buicks i am not allowed to like supercars ? Doesnt make much sense to me.

Also bad building quality ? How can you prove this point ? You are just assuming they are bad because you don't like them. You have your right not to like some vehicles, but telling that they are bad built with no proof seems sketchy to me.

Also the riced out part is the players fault not the guy who model the cars

I see you're of the doesn't apply the context just twists it until it suits your reply variety that tends to fester here. MAYBE and this is just a suggestion, maybe damn well reply to what I wrote than to add in assumptions. The Supercars are sh*te. The use the same exact damn sounds for 99% of them (be it most GTAO cars are trash in this way.) and they're too expensive (yet again most have become this way.) and they're not exciting, not even when compared to what they're based off of.

Also, don't assume I hate supercars, I don't. I hate a game being economically in balanced by them and unrealistic. It's meant to be simulating a somewhat realistic world what's realistic about car brands in a world having one or two cars whilst another have 500 million supercars under it's belt??? Nothing.. It caters to the kiddies who should not even be playing it and is a horrid mess in doing so.

On being badly built UHHHH have you seen half the sh*t that counts as a supercar and I don't mean JUST the newer hypercars. I mean IN GENERAL.
Yeah because Lambos and Ferraris etc setting on fire isn't bad build quality, give me a break the Miura spat fuel onto the hot damn engine and would light up lol.

I love how Ariel Atom requests shot upwards once the Nomad was added. AND I NEED IT. MAKE IT A ONE-SEATER, R*.

Anyway, I want this post to be dedicated about SAAB. An underrated Swedish car manufacturer, best known for their unique looks and eccentricity, only to have its fate decided by Americans who thought it was a good idea to put its genes in a Chevy Trailblazer. But sadly, there's no such example of one in the game. Here are some examples of what SAABs I want. Let's get to it, shall we?

SAAB 900 Turbo (Vulcar Stefan)

Spoiler

"Vulcar says that the Stefan is 'reliable, safe, and fun to drive.' Too optimistic, you say? Not so fast; the Stefan is reliable because spare parts are everywhere from broken models; it's safe because the only thing you'll crash into is another Stefan; and fun to drive because the head honchos obviously tested it against the s###tier competition. They're not wrong, aren't they?"

Image result for saab 900 turbo

SAAB 99 (Vulcar Blix)

Spoiler

"You see, the people who are normally behind the wheel of a Blix are mentally insane, filthy rich, masochistic, or both. But look at it this way: the Blix looks like a sports classic that can sit a Pigalle down. It can't. Well, the Blix sounds like some classic car that looks weird but will serve you well for the next 10 years. It won't. The Blix is everything we said and isn't. End of discussion."

Image result for saab 99 1970

SAAB 9-5 (Vulcar Larson)

Spoiler

"A family dad's job is to wake up early, drink his Morning Joe, set out on the road on the way to his job, work peacefully, bring home the kiddies from soccer practice, and come back home tired. The next day, the same cycle happens. Over and over again. A father needs his relaxation. Something to make his everyday cycle a little better. The Larson is the polar opposite. One thing's for sure, though, he'll be safe in it.

Image result for saab 9-5

SAAB Sonett III (Vulcar Vikström)

Spoiler

"Want something sporty but safety is your top priorty? Need something reliable but also fun and eccentric from the Italian sea of grand tourers? Crave for something with two doors and a beefy engine but also something practical? Good news: that's completely and utterly impossible. But we say the Vikstrom is close enough. The thing has its own problems. From boomers, that is."

Image result for saab sonett 3

SAAB 9-2X (Vulcar Ulf)

Spoiler

"Underneath the hood scoop, the menacing exterior, and the Swedish badge of pride is a dinky little Japanese car made for weebs transporting their anime body pillows to Japan disguised as "room furnishings." Be warned, however: if you're notcareful, the Ulf doesn't give a #### about its Japanese origins. It doesn't care about its carbon footprint. All it knows how to do is to show up at the strip and eat Briosos for dinner."

Image result for saab 9-2x

Bonus:

SAAB Aero-X

Spoiler

Okay, maybe this car is a bit of a stretch, but we can dream, can't we? I mean, we got the Imorgon: a car that literally no one was asking for (a Gumpert RG Nathalie) but still pretty decent.

If we get a Mesa Classic I’d rather it be a 70s CJ5 with all the wild graphics packages as livery options.

@TCMike & @CRAZY AL WARD, I see your Jeeps and I appreciate your Jeeps. I would definitely like if we got some more Jeeps, because we've got so few Jeeps. We need more Jeeps, so here's a few more Jeeps. Also wouldn't mind a classic Willys car or two.

We've got Russian cars.

We've got Indian cars.

Sooo...

why not a Philippine car?

I'll start it off with the epitome of public transportation from the homeland of yours truly, the gas-guzzling, people-hauling, loud-sounding, all-ubiquitous..

Jeepney.

Image result for jeepney

They're slow, they're loud, they're rough riding, but dang will they have a lot of customization options.

Spoiler

From liveries,

Image result for jeepney

to front/rear bumpers,

Image result for jeepney bumper

to signs and license plates,

Image result for jeepney

and even interior.

Image result for jeepney interior

This will be like the Vulcar Nebula Turbo of big vehicles.

I was thinking it could be branded under either Nagasaki or Brute, then call it Mechado or Adobo (named after popular Filipino dishes)

The second one is probably more common than the Jeepney, but more used for in-town public transportation.

The Rickshaw, or as we Filipinos call it, the "padyak".

There are two kinds of Padyak in the Philippines.

One is the normal bicycle type,

Image result for padyak philippines

and the other is motorized.

Related image

Personally, I'll think either of them will suffice.

Spoiler

Like the jeepney, it will have custom liveries,

Related imageRelated image

and interior.

Image result for motorized tricycle philippines

Again, it will probably be branded as a Nagasaki, and the name "Rickshaw" or "Traysikel" will be good enough.

These are just some of the oddballs from the Philippines. I would definitely like to see some more weird cars in GTA (looking at you, Plymouth Prowler!) and these might just be the start of that.

So yeah, that's it.

Yeah, more Canis vehicles would be nice! But I would like to see more hummers in the game, such as the H1, H3, and the H3T.

We got a cleaner version of the Aston Martin DB5 (JB700W) with this update so why not a JAG E Type for the next one ?

Even GTA San Andreas had one , it was named Windsor.

TCWcYza.jpg

Name it Enus Windsor Classic or Ocelot Lynx Classic as the Lynx is based off the Jag F type ?

The Pics below is a mod for Enus Windsor Classic that Spartan 112 made for GTA IV.

Well, it's been Christmas in the far-flung lands of Oz and The Islands for almost twenty hours already, but it's just after midnight in the western U.S., so it's time for the Christmas special! Rockstar is giving us that little RC tank today, but that was a bit underwhelming for me, so here's my alternate offering: Classic, popular, and curious vehicles from all over the world. Toys for those of us who might no longer be satisfied by diecasts or model kits, if you will. Hopefully I have something for everybody, but there's always next Christmas! And every page between then and now, of course. At any rate, I hope everybody has (or had) a merry Christmas, happy holidays, and a very good New Year! Now, uh, cars! A Volkswagen, a Citroën, a DeSoto, a Chevrolet, a Jaguar, a Dodge, a GMC, a Land Rover, a Pontiac, and of course a Checker. Let's get to it!

Volkswagen Beetle

Type 1, Fusca, Kafer, whatever you want to call it, it's hard not to recognize the strangely adorable visage of Germany's #1 export. I prefer the late 50s/early 60s models, but goodness gracious, customization is what makes this car. Do what you want with it!

Citroën DS

Is it the most iconic car of France, or does that title go to one of its siblings? I suppose national identity hardly matters when the DS is such an amazing car. I like them with the streamlined glass-covered lamps, but I won't say no to any Citroën.

1960 DeSoto Adventurer

Cadillacs, Fords, DeSotos, whatever manufacturer, the late 1950s saw some of the most extreme styling in American automobiles, and, to me, the 1960 Adventurer is the best of the best. I hope we get some big fin cars someday!

Chevrolet Corvette C4

In an incredibly surprising turn of events, Grand Theft Auto has very few Corvettes. And even fewer well-executed ones! I'm not much of a Corvette person, myself, so I don't know how well liked the C4 is, but it's not really about the C4. It's about what you want.

1974 Dodge Monaco

A big, boxy American sedan from the 1970s. The closest thing we have is the Emperor, but there's a certain working class character to the Monaco you just don't get there. Apologies for these pictures, they're all in police liveries for some reason...

Or the equivalent Chevrolet model, because I'm not that picky and I doubt Rockstar is, either. Listen, the Slamvan is just... It's not doing it for me. I'm happy that we've had it bearing the torch for classic pick-ups, but it's time for something new! But... still old.

Land Rover Series IIA

Imagine taking one of these out in the snowy hills of southern San Andreas! What do you mean there are plenty of better options built by Jeep and Toyota? Sure, that might be true, and I'd be happy with them, too. Have a soft spot for 'em all.

OK, Rockstar, this one is directed at you specifically. You folks have had... problems with giving us those not-quite-satisfactory restomods these past two years, so why not go all out on something totally wicked instead? Jeffries, Roth, Barris, whatever you want!

Last but certainly not least, it's my beloved Checker. I know there are those of you out there who appreciate these old taxicabs, too, but it's no secret I want to see the return of the Cabbie above almost all else. Los Santos 2020, please Rockstar?

GTA needs a Duesenberg. Whether that be a Walker Coupe from L.A. Noire, a Carson Grand Marais from Burnout Paradise, or a Cossack from Mafia II, I'd be happy with a vintage Duesenberg in the game.

Willy A. Jeep

Hope everybody had an enjoyable Christmas day, and best wishes for ongoing holiday celebrations! 2019 is drawing to a close and, with it, my second year on the GTA Forums. Seems time just flies by, huh? Had ups and downs, but I'm still happy to be here, and will endeavor to remain throughout 2020. After all, Rockstar hasn't hired me to be their vehicle art director yet, so this is the closest I can get until then! Seriously, though, I hope it's a good 2020 for GTA Online and for all you folks. Keep on posting those awesome vehicles! (Special apologies to @pinkpanther69 for posting the E-Type right after you did on the previous page, I totally missed it and should've chosen something else for my post.) Speaking of vehicles, I'll be sending 2019 out on a soft note with this selection, as it's all aircraft. Never the most popular around here, I know, but representation is deserved, and it should be a good variety per usual. I've got a Tupolev, a Convair, a Progressive Aerodyne, a Lockheed, and a Yokosuka. Let's get to it, and happy new year!

Tupolev Tu-95

An answer to the United States' epic Stratofotress jet bomber, the Soviet Union's Tu-95 makes a statement. It's simultaneously more and less impressive, relying on propellers in place of jets but featuring an awesome contra-rotating pattern. Pretty cool.

My Bombushka is getting lonely. Actually, if they added one of these, I'd sell my Bombushka in a heartbeat. Just where to store it...

Convair 880

A civilian airliner from 1960s America. We don't have... any ownable airliners, somehow. Like, we can own a Messerschmitt Me 163, but not a 747? Not a Comet? DC-3? Well, fine. Here's the 880, Elvis owned one, so you have no reason not to add it to GTA.

That's, uh, Elvis Presley. Not Costello. Or any other Elvis that ever was. Yeah.

Progressive Aerodyne SeaRey

No, it's not the thing that killed Steve Irwin. With a name like that, though, the SeaRey is obviously a seaplane, but the fact that it's tiny is what wins me over. I never have been impressed by the Seabreeze, but if it and the Ultralight had a baby...

I live in a relatively landlocked area, so seaplanes in general are kinda rare. But I'm a sucker for small kit aircraft like these, even if I'm way too cowardly to actually fly one.

Lockheed JetStar

Did anybody ever actually ask for more private jets? Rockstar just decided to add the Luxor Deluxe and Nimbus because..? Well, here's one that has some purpose, as it's likely the very first private jet to ever enter service. First flight in 1957! How retro.

Huh. Elvis owned one of these, too. Rich people, man, they like to buy airplanes.

Yokosuka MXY-7 Ohka

Speaking of the Messerschmitt Me 163, here's another rocket-powered aircraft from the last days of World War II. Major difference is, as you might suspect of a Japanese aircraft with no landing gear, these were intended to hit targets directly. Rockets explode!

Quite a wallop for something with a name meaning "cherry blossom". How would it work in GTA? I dunno, but it'd be cool just to fly around in. Sans awful, low-paying missions, of course.

I would do unspeakable things for these two^^.. although they would really have to get the heart and soul (engine) of the LFA right.
