Does anybody thinks the engine sounds on GTA 4 are better than the ones in GTA 5, at least the civilian non-sports car type of vehicle?

 

I've been playing GTA 4 and the EFLC again on my pc and I find the engine sounds more fitting. The cars seems to be more realistic, I don't know.

Nah I definitely think the engine sounds in GTA V are the best grand theft Auto has ever had, by a huge margin.

 

The Newer Era cars yes, but GTA IV had better Sound Design than a lot of the cars from the pre-Exc & Other Crims Update Era however.

Add more classic and retro bikes (60's to 90's), we need more actual historical and important bikes that aren't close to worthless (Looking at the abundance of street bikes and cruisers / choppers that mostly feel like re-skins except for a rare few).

 

My suggestions:

 

Some sort of mashup between the Kawasaki Z1, Honda CB750, and a Triumph Bonneville.

 

Ducati 900SS (1970's) (Because we need a proper cafe racer that isn't overpriced-ish and looks good, the FCR1000 doesn't cut it in my opinion).

 

Honda CBX (1981) (The Inline 6 Engine has a very unique sound, and the bike has a unique look with the fairing, overall just a memorable and lovely bike).

 

Suzuki GSX750 Katana (1984) (Because I really want a pop-up light bike in GTA).

 

Kawasaki GPz900R (1984) (This one should be self-explanatory).

 

Kawasaki Tomcat ZX-10 (1988) (Badass late 80's speed monster and with a great name).

 

Honda Goldwing or similar classic touring / huge bike (1980's-1990's Model Years).

 

An old 80's turbo bike with a very noticeable induction would be sexy!

 

 

Also a Kawasaki Z1000 from 1979 with an option to turn it into this:

Something like this mod but with pop-up lights like the real life Daytona, it should have better grip / downforce and a higher top speed than the regular Dukes.

I think this Supra rendition is fine. I just don't like a couple of things in it, but it won't keep me from buy it (just like the Vapid Ellie and the GTX). To me, the Dinka Jester Classic name will be my main con, I don't know why, but this bothers me hahaha; the car is kind of compacted, he seems to be small; the headlights are kind of weird, but the taillights are beautiful, specially in the dark; and it's on sports classics!!!!!!!!!

So,in today's wishlist, we have a lot of Hot Classics! That's why I called it Hot Classics DLC! This DLC could be the perfect moment for R* to bring mansions online. A lot of these cars appeared in Mafia II and L.A. Noire, two games I enjoyed playing.

This car is very handsome and could be mixed a little bit with it's rival '38 Ford Deluxe Fordor Sedan.

 

1941 Dodge D19 Custom Town Liner (Bravado Copper)

 

I enjoyed driving it in Mafia II, it was my favourite car from 40's era. For our model in GTA 5, I just want them to tweak it a little, just for copyright reasons, it's perfect the way he is.

 

1948 Tucker Torpedo (Vapid Bazooka)

 

Also...

I don't know what car it could end up being mixed with. But tweaking it a little would be fine, I think.

 

1949 Cadillac Series 62 sedan (Albany Pearl)

R* could mix it with the 1946 Cadillac Series 62 4-door sedan and we can call it a greeaaaaat daaaay!

 

1950 Buick Skylark (Willard Laverka)

 

Oh, boy! A good looking convertible! The 1948 Oldsmobile 98 could be a good inspiration for this vehicle.

 

1953 Pontiac Chieftain Deluxe (Imponte Ductor)

Second Gen. Pontiac Torpedo it's a matching inspiration for this car.

 

1955 Lincoln Futura (Dundreary Barris)

R* could do some Batmobile liveries for this car!

 

1956-59 BMW 508 (Übermacht Rogue)

 

If R* do the same thing they did with the Starling GT, I would be ok with it!

 

1957 Ford Custom 300 (Vapid Lepidus)

 

They could do a mix of the 57-59 Ford Custom 300 design! 2K Czech did a great job with this car in Mafia II, even beautier than Ford's hahahaha

For me, this is one of the most iconic North American cars of all times. I've never seen one face to face here in Brazil, but I've seen it a lot on movies/ series, specially "with taxi liveries" - and there are a lot of them, believe me. This vehicle also entered in in GTA games. I believe it's first appearance was in GTA Vice City, if my memorie doesn't fail me. This car should be in this game far earlier, I guess. Anyway, I'm hoping it comes. For it's V model, I wish they just make the Cabbie from previous GTA's (the ones that the Cabbie was a Checker, since GTA 4 had a Minivan taxi as a Cabbie).

-Ellie is named after Eleanor from the Gone in 60 Seconds remake, and is also modelled after the same year 'stang ('67 Shelby)

-Ellie lacks front vapid badging, has one Vapid logo on the back though

-Ellie hasn't got any spoiler options

-There is no Boss 302 decal available for Ellie, which seems like an obvious choice Rockstar would have added had they meant for Ellie to be the only classic Mustang.

 

 

I think this is an Infernus Classic/Torero situation but in reverse.

Since we got a new DLC this week, I will start sending my entire wishlist updated (this means that I will add just some cars, like the Lincoln Futura that added las night and remove the cars in my list that have been added with SSASSS DLC) every day.

 

This seems to have worked in past DLC!

The Fagaloa is certainly a step in the right direction when it comes to vintage cars done right. With the amount of customization included, it's really driving me nuts imagining all that could come in the future. And, though I know it's a very different taste being appealed to, I am very very excited for the Cheburek. A new manufacturer! An oddball car! And one that is capable of both being a modest, working-class piece of iron as well as a popular icon of a lively subculture. Very cool!

Possibly-unpopular opinion: I really don't think the Watch Dogs Vespid design works as a proper Challenger analogue.

 

I still reckon it'd be as easy as anything to just take the contemporary Barracuda models, and use bits of them (taillights, for example) as parts swaps for the Challenger.

I'm sorry, but most of the engine sounds in GTA 4 are basically garbage compared to GTA 5.

Looks like things are cooling down a little bit since the recent update, though we've still got months to go on that dripfeed. I'm certainly looking forward to the Cheburek and Issi Classic, and have my eyes on the Sea Sparrow! But that's all certainty, what we're here for is speculation and suggestion, and so I've got another three vehicles for the never-ending wishlist. Much to the disappointment of DoxerWhite, there's no French today, but I do have a European! And two Japanese. A Porsche, and two Hondas, specifically. Oh, and a little extra at the end in a spoiler, for anybody interested. It's not about specific cars, but hopefully something we can all get behind. Let's get to it!

 

Porsche 356

 

I've actually got two of this same model in mind - the earlier, 1948-55 356, and the later, 1960-64 356. All the years of this car were slick, and while everybody wants a Comet Classic, any classic Pfister would be cool to see for me.

 

Honda Beat

 

A short-lived kinda-JDM roadster thing from Honda. It's so tiny! And a little more than obscure, though I'm sure if you look hard enough, you'll find a few. Mix in a little bit of Autozam and you've got super hipster bait!

 

Honda Motocompo

 

A folding, plastic-bodied micro-bike. For those of you who find the Faggio too mainstream, there's always something more obscure and more life-threatening being manufactured in Japan. It fits in the back of your... sub-compact?

 

The bonus thing is in the spoiler below. It's about something that effects all vehicles, though probably only moving forwards. I previously vouched for better customization, and now... better interiors!

 

When it comes to the interiors for a lot of cars in GTA V and Online, they can be... pretty lacking. Sometimes downright disgusting. Why do so many cars have a performance steering wheel?! WHY DOES MY CAR HAVE TWO GEAR SHIFT LEVERS?! So I've come with some wonderful example photos of real-world car interiors that Rockstar could hopefully take some inspiration from, if you fine folks want to promote this via mouthoff or whatever.

These are all vintage interiors, but the point is to hammer home the fact that interior design for automobiles is very important and far more detailed than Rockstar has applied to even many modern DLC vehicles.
