I would have asked for a Mazda Cosmo too but someone has already mentioned it once.

i hope they add this car too, based on ferrari 250 testarossa, it can be applied with hardtop version and it really looks sick. maybe this is the next mamba rival

There doesn't seem to be any love for boats here, I'd love an open engined V8 speedboat like the Vice City era Jetmax. It's a shame there's not much to do on the water though.

How about a GTAO-ified version of the NRG 500 from San Andreas. It was perfect back then, so how about just replicating the performance of the SA version and giving us a model that very faithfully replicates it. Give it an accurate engine note and it would be absolutely pure sex and universally praised I'm betting... just listen to this.

The water physics are so good, I'm surprised we haven't had a fully fledged water based update.

No, I get that - but knowing R*, the main reason they'd do a variant is to recycle it as a time-saving move, not because they figure it'd be good to tick off both the SWB and the Lusso.

 

In other words, aside from a Baller LE or Roosevelt Valor situation, I don't see them doing another pass - not least because the GT500 isn't pure SWB: there are bits of Lusso in there as well.

Yeah, but if you could race anything vs anything, no one would pick a SUV anyways.

 

Since R* hasn't made any SUV stunt races, most randoms DON'T race SUVs already!

 

Really, the only people who would are people who like organising races with friends and crew - but it'd definitely be worth it to have the option to race, say, sports vs. muscle, or top-end sports vs. supers, etc.

Exactly - and that's why I still reckon that the one catch-all fix (that'd make R*'s nonsensical class allocations moot, and open up all kinds of possibilities for racing in GTAO) would be to have some kind of 'personal vehicle' setting tucked away at the end of the class listing.

 

Pick your garage, pick any personal vehicle in that garage, and have each player do the same their end (so, for example, my Dream Tower garage has a Youga, Blista, and Gauntlet - so picking 'Dream Tower' would give me a choice of those three in the lobby menu). Yeah, most randoms wouldn't bother, bit like how they tend to leave catch-up and slipstream on by default - or they'd switch everything to sports/supers (but again, how is that different to most R*-created races? ).

 

But it'd be so good to have the option - imagine the combinations, let alone the racing community finally being able to stage proper multi-class races without having to resort to workarounds.

Yeah, the bike I the original is based off is nothing like the CBR clone that is the 900, The NRG 500 is based on the bike in the youtube video. One is a distinctive race bike and the other is a fairly generic civilian model.

Come on the only Lusso bit is the front bumber. GT500 is like 70% SWB 15% Interim 10% Bertone Speciale and 5% Lusso.

Love 4 boats is always welcome, and by the way, a catamaran sailboat like the Rio, would be awesome, VCS vibes tho.

If we get a watercraft-based DLC, we need something like a armored and longer version of the Dinghy aka RPB.

 

 

Can be customized with camos, searchlights, radar jammer for stealth, armor plates and 7.62 MG's or .50 MG's, fighting NPC's in water-based missions by using this boat would be insane.
