Over the last few months we have seen Rockstar treat to some real life Movie/TV series vehicles, which is really amazing to see in a video game...... especially Grand Theft Auto series.

 

Lets hope we get a few more cars like these in the list: We have at least half of these already..... I would like to see the Cardilac 1959 ambulance (Ghostbuster)

how about throwing in some cars that looks ordinary like sedans and minivan

 

 

Basically an ordniary car that can be tuned to the max, so it can blend in on the streets of los santos

 

 

If I had my way, and my ideal update, we'd get these at some point in 2018:

 

 

 

 

And yeah, more classic movie cars would be good, too - indeed, both of those two are (which is why R* really ought to add them! ).

The classic model is fabolous, but it's too flashy, i like the present models because it's not that flashy, or the 90s model like the stanier, but it would be great if they could add the present and classic model, like a normal ordinary civlian car

I feel like the Nsx should be the facelifted model from 2002. Yes pop ups are cool, but I feel the fixed lamp version better represents the shape of a mid engine sports car. Place it in the coupe class, and have a Bennys upgrade that turns it into a JGTC racing machine.

 

Same thing with the supra. Come on, what's cooler than the TOMs castrol supra?

I think it'd be better to have the stock version have pop-up headlamps and the Benny's upgrade give it fixed headlights

...but I think the facelifted one doesn't have even a sliver of the character of the original 1991 model.

A bone-stock Supra without a widebody kit.

 

(and maybe the option to go for the debadged look, and with that Bomex body kit - yeah, it's a bit OTT, but I'm partial to it! )

 

 

Speaking of the NSX, can anyone think of a similar-era, similar-niche car that would make for a decent secondary influence? I'm trying to GTA-ify it, but it's such an unique design that I'm struggling to think of a suitable 'parts donor'.

 

At best, I reckon a 'half-and-half' mix of the original look and the 2002 facelift might be enough to get past licensing issues (pop-up lights of the 1990, bumper of the 2002, for example):

 

 

 

 

(and I really want to avoid something like using parts from a Ferrari 348 - it's not as bad as the many, many Aston/Ferrari mashups we've had for Dewbauchee, but still...)

 

The only alternative I can think of would be to use the 2002 look, and then take some details from the front of the Gazoo 'Sports FR Concept Platinum' - granted, it's based on a Toyota 86, and with the intent being to evoke the look of the Supra, but I still reckon the front's close enough to the 2002 NSX that R* could do a swap without it looking too far from the real deal:

It's rather hard honestly, the NSX has such a unique shape that there isn't really a lot of choices. Maybe some part of the bumper could be lifted from the Honda HSC concept? No clue really

All generations of the Toyota Supra, including the upcoming 2019/2020 version.

Since Dinka stole the Jester for the NSX clone, I'm not sure what to name it.

 

Audi RS5 Coupe clone. Kind of like the S5 clone in the loading screen with Lamar breaking into it.

Maybe it could be called the Obey 5FGT Coupe?

 

Mazda RX-8 would be nice. Especially with a special rotary esque sound.

Since there is no definitive Mazda based manufacturer, I'd just go with Annis. The new Savestra is based on a Mazda.

It could be called the Annis Renkel R8 (a play on Renesis/Wankel, and R3)

 

I'll think of some more to post later.

...wow - for one thing, I'm ashamed to say I'd never heard of it until now! And more to the point, that's perfect - right down to being designed as a rival to similar-era Ferraris, just like the NSX:

 

 

 

In fact, according to some accounts, the MID 4 might well have inspired the NSX - in any case, an NSX-MID 4 blend would definitely retain the overall NSX look really nicely.

It may look weak, but that's definitely a road warrior ! I happen to see it a lot in South America and they sure seem to love it too, that and the Renault 4.

Still, i don't know if it's worth being added but why the hell not ?

 

Another car i noticed sometimes there and that i'd find nice to have in gta would be the 1963-1981 Mercedes-Benz 600.

The Gallivanter Huntley

Instead of being based on a Range Rover Sport (like the baller) it could be based on a full size 2014 Range Rover along with a Huntley long wheel base (Range Rover Long Wheelbase) along with the armored versions of each (Range Rover Sentinel).

 

It would also help bring the Huntley back to its original roots of being a Land Rover Range Rover like it is from GTA San Andreas and IV and not a Bentley like it is currently in GTA V/Online.

 

It could also have the new air suspension system from the Hermes and Yosemite but altered so that it lowers when exiting the vehicle and raises when in the vehicle.
