I am not sure about this topic is wrong or right, i might agree that this topic is maybe stupid.... please don't yell at me and all that... When i got VC i started playing with cheats, like police, weapon armour and health... then i just had the 2 endig missions left and it got veeeery boring with cheats. So now i play without any cheats ( i reset my MC ) and i thought that the game was easy ( withouth Cheats), even that i get 95% of the missions at one try they are not so very easy. So i have realized that's it's much more fun and challenging without cheats Maybe not so much meaning with this tipic, i don't know why i wrote it.... Bye! It's a good idea not to yes...but if you're at a stage where you've practically done everything in Vice you wished to...buy a gameshark..cheat til your heart's content..and see what more you can do in Vice. I can't see the criminal side of that.. Of course you have used cheats, cheats make it go down. And mission completing, fairly, make it go up. The Precinct - We're upping our standards, so up yours! Ive completed all the missions, but whenever i steal a tank from the army base the rating goes down a lot!!! And thats not cheating. Also killing policemen doesn't affect the rating that much.
