They spawn either at the sandy shores sheriff building or at simeons car dealership

I've been looking in Sandy Shore for over 3 hours can't find nothing only blue,red,black and grey no green

It took me almost 10 hours real time to obtain one. Everyone has different experiences. There seem to be alot of people using the Sanchez to spawn one. It appears to be completely random on how long it takes. Can find one either in front of someone dealership or the sheriffs office in Sandy shores.

Around the corner from where Ammunation by Simeons dealership is.. Drive around there, go out towards the oil pump things from Trash Talk and drive back into the city. Don't go at full speed either, keep it at a medium speed so they have time to spawn in traffic.. They appear like crazy.. Found a Worn Red right after that pic also.

I know how you feel. Yesterday I was driving around looking for a Rancher because I want to replace the one I had a good while back but sold, and then damn thing wouldn't spawn. And on top of that, the ones I have gotten to spawn have a damn coffee cup in the drink holder lol.

R* have changed vehicle spawning I can't find a Voodoo since yesterday and I see Peyotes everywhere

It all depends on luck man. I found 2 in 3 days and I haven't seen one since (8 days ago). Kept them though

 

When a bunch a beater tornadoes spawn, keep an eye out. They are always parked. Especially in front the Sandy Shores police station and across Simeon's dealership

You can't help people spawn them, you have to put the time in yourself. It's not like the vehicles that instantly spawn if you're driving one.

The green doesn't spawn driving ever. It's a parking spot only colour. Hence the rarity, just like all the other parking spot only cars online.

right seawash is a very light seagreen I don't have a pic because I've never seen it before. I've tried finding one most of the day and no luck yet.

What other colors does the worn tornado spawn in?

 

I've seen red, blue, a very pale light blue, and a color that looks to me like sort of a brushed steel, it was found in the driveway acros from the sandy shores medical center but I don't believe it's the sea wash.

The combination of the color and the car is extremely rare and the color had apparently been out of the spawn rotation until recently.

Im going to say the car and colour have been in the game a long time, probably since day one. The thing is unless you are paying attention to every car you drive past combined with the rarity of this one spawning its just not been discovered.Its not the only car/ colour that spawns this way, theres tons of others but this one has become the poster child. Its actually a very good looking car in the least rusty version. When I first saw it I jammed on the brakes because it stood out so much. But the reason everyone wants it all the sudden is because the Tornado is being made into a lowrider next and everyone is storing the seawash ready for that. It may not even prove to be the nicest colour but itll be up there and finding one is some kind of achievement.
