I leave my ps2 on ridiculous amounts of time. I mean, you leave your computer on don't you? I haven't turned off my PC in over 2 years. 2 years? That can't be good. You're fan must screwed. Yeah, if theres dust on your fan, then it has to shift itself and the dust, so it wears out quicker and slows down... Blow dust off regulary!
