Time Trial #9 "Sawmill"

It's monday, It's after 7 GMT+1, Which means the new Time Trial is live

 

 

Start Sawmill Plant along the road going through it.

 

Goal - Davis Quartz, Along one of the high roads leading further in.

Probably, I'm about to head over to it right now, I just had to finish up my dailys.

I have beaten it now in 2:05ish with Hakuchou, But not by driving along the highway.

I took the obvious and the dullest route, plenty of time to finish even with some bumps on the way. Got it in 02:04:122

Hah, yeah. I almost took the shortcut to the quarry after the bridge but decided to go through the gates since there was plenty of time left. First try, might even try this a second time.

I took the shortcut into the quarry with my Hakuchou

But for some reason while I was driving along the traintracks after the last bridge you hit, My engines just went down into like stock and I kept like a speed of 100 instead of 130 during wheelie. Meh Turns out Hakuchou can't do more then 100 on the tracks during a wheelie.

I restarted GTA and is going to try this again now.

i think this is a trial where brawler can have a chance, seeing how this was an offroad route for the most part. i will definitely be doing this today.

I tried this route and I did it first try with my Bati, I did a couple of mistakes and still finished with 8 seconds left or so. One of the easiest so far.

Manage to break 1:55 (1:54.***), Click save recording, Recording corrupted. Lovely.

Definitely the easiest one so far, par is so high compared to the others. Got a 2:01.714 first time I finished.

Really easy. Easier than the sewer run. Not complaining though. Wish I could do it twice and earn $52k on both characters.

You guys make it sound like all you have to do is turn up on a Faggio and you can do it in 1:30, it's not that fecking easy. I'm a moderately decent racer and it took me a few attempts. Reminds me of the Flight School thread where apparently everyone got golds on everything while blindfolded and being mauled by a mountain lion.

You guys make it sound like all you have to do is turn up on a Faggio and you can do it in 1:30, it's not that fecking easy. I'm a moderately decent racer and it took me a few attempts. Reminds me of the Flight School thread where apparently everyone got golds on everything while blindfolded and being mauled by a mountain lion.

It is pretty easy compared to all of them so far. Only having to do it a few times is exactly why we are saying it is easy. Unlike the last one that I had to try a few hundred times.

 

I am fairly certain I can do this one in a Dominator.

Compared to having a few hundred attempts, yes it was as simple as just turning up. But that doesn't actually mean it was ridiculously easy. Says more about the difficulty of the others than the easiness of this one.

Well how easy this is simply just depends on who is doing it.

I turned up to the Time Trial.

No path planning other then get on the f*cking traintracks.

2:06.*** with Bati 801 First Try.

and then I just improve it until I feel good about myself.

Nice and easy trial, for a change. Not going to try and beat my pb. I took it slowly once I realised I was in the quarry with more than enough time to spare.

Yeah, first attempt, made a fair few mistakes including a big jump before the train tunnel and bouncing off the railway line on the wrong side (dirt path by Trevors airfield) and still managed 2:13...

Managed a 2:09.375 on a Hakuchou. Not the best, but I don't care.
