I believe they fixed it, you now spawn at the place where you pressed start job if you quit from the lobby. Only way to do it now is to complete the job I think.

I would advise against using other peoples jobs for teleporting, that's just annoying.

You have to confirm settings and start job,(races, DM's etc...) then quit. It will ask you if you want to start job on your own.

Press 'no' and quit all the way back from there. You should spawn where the job is on the map. Very handy if you're stuck in the middle of nowhere and can't be bothered driving.

It gets on my nerves when you join someone's job and they leave and you're stuck wherever the job was. I've ended up in the middle of nowhere quite a few times. I just start and quit a job near my apartment and get a free ride home. You don't always end up in the same session though.

I tried this a few times, doesn't seem to work on PS4.

Unless I'm doing something wrong ,which I don't think I am , I can't get to work , I just return to where I was

I have actually now found information I was looking for . So I thought I may as well post it incase anyone else wants to know it ............

1...find a job on map around the place you'd like to teleport to , and remember the name and type ...

2...using phone , go to job section and scroll to random job , then click on solo ....

3...press start button and locateb the job you chose to teleport to , then click on it ...

4...press start button and go to online and pressing upwards allow cursor to scroll continually through onlines options...

5...the game should spawn you into the mission you wish to travel to ....

6...now just back out of mission and it should just put you next to desired job trigger , leaving you in the same lobby as you were before ...
