Well if anything came from this update it's the fact those players who only had the Roosevelt because it's rare are gone. I mean I had the original Roosevelt but I'm didn't go shove it in peoples faces going "Oh look at me I'm better then you because I have this!". I mean I like rare stuff in games but the fact the toxic roosevelt players got there faces smacked in the mud is a better feeling. I for one won't be selling either my Roosevelt or Roosevelt valor because they aren't rare I will keep them because I like how they look.

Dang it. Bought all the clothing and masks before they posted that it will remain in game.... Wasted a lot of money... This probably means that there isn't going to be another Valentines Day DLC next year.

I havent played GTAO in a few days, does the base Roosevelt Valor look exactly like the normal one? Or be customized to look like it?

The stock wheels on the Valor have whitewall tires and their color is not tied to the car's primary color, and you can't remove the spare wheels or the trunk. Aside from that, they look the same, although the original Roosevelt is also for sale so if you only care about how rare it is you're sh*t out of luck.

Not sure if those can be changed to look like the Roosevelt, but if you want to make it look like the Roosevelt then why not just keep it?

Basically, if you want the iconic Al Capone look, get the original Roosevelt, because you can't remove the whitewalls from the Valor's stock wheels.

If you want something you can customise, get the Valor.

And if you've got two characters, and/or want to do both of the above, go nuts and treat yourself to both!

No reason to buy both, really. I'm pretty sure you can customize a Valor to look like the stock Roosevelt.

 

The Valor has a ton of customization options but it's not a Benny's car.

Nope - even if it's like the Independence Day stuff, that stays in your wardrobe even after the event's over. Same with the guns, vehicles, and whatnot - I've been using stuff like my musket, Gusenberg, Liberator, etc. all the time, even outside the seasonal events.

Best way to tell if something is temporary or forever is if u have to pay for it, it's yours.

 

I forgot which DLC, they charged for stuff and then took it away after. Lots of backlash. That's why holiday stuff is now free.

Yes, they were vague, so we don't know if they mean available indefinitely once purchased (which we already knew) or available indefinitely to purchase. They also didn't mention if that includes the rereleased VDM content or not.

 

My assumption is, all of the VDM and BMV content is here to stay. I think they would have mentioned it if either was available for a limited time.

Rockstar was vague though. I'm buying both Roosevelts, but that's just paranoia.

Don't know if it's been mentioned but there's a few unique outfits for both male and female, one of the male ones has a suit vest with just the vest which is impossible to do and one of the female outfits has the flapper dress gloves on a new dress which can't be done. Also there's a black k-rose shirt on a male outfit too.

Every outfit with the wrap-around bowtie is also unique. Is it possible to transfer that bowtie to t-shirts?

It would require a decent amount of effort. A more likely scenario would be the addition of skirts with stockings in one complete package.

Seawall had a glitch a long time ago where you could get a skirt with stockings. If it can be done via glitch, it surely can be done by the devs.

 

Idk if the glitch still works, probably not.

Because seriously. I've had the Roosevelt since '14, and I don't brag about it. The Granger does better. It's just nice to have another car where I look rich in.
