Disabling any vehicle exhaust smoke in GTA SA.?

Hello everyone.

I need help on how to disable exhaust smoke.

 

Till now from my research i have found that above is possible by modifying some parameters in handling.cfg in section (af) model flags 4th digit out of 8.(setting it to 1:for no exhaust)

But some cars like landstalker have (20) value, just two digits.

While some cars like infernus got (40002004) value which is exactly 8 digit ,so hence i changed value to no exhaust to (40012004). but still no change.

 

Can anybody help please.?
