OGLuigi
I have recently downgraded my GTA SA version to 1.0 using a patcher and installed mods with no problem. However, every time I enter a vehicle and use the radio it crashes once in a while.Do I need to install 1.0 SFX(Since in 3.0 they removed certain songs?)Is the problem because of the radio stations trying to play the missing/removed songs?Keep in mind the crashing only occurs when I use the radio.I am running GTA SA in Windows XP Service Pack 3 Compatibility Mode.Using Steam Version. My Specs(This is more of a work computer and very bad setup for a gamer but it can run SA): Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1 Intel Core i-3-2120 CPU 3.30 GHz 6.00 RAM 64 Bit Intel HD Graphics Mods/Scripts I am currently using: Double Wield All Weapons: http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=161 SilentPatch: http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=25368 256 Cars Without Garage: STAR 7: http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=25698 Cheat Menu: http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=16581 All Cars Can Go To Mod Garage: Autosave And Stuff: http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=14143 Thank you ahead of time if you can come up with a solution and thank you so much sir/ma'am reading this and I hope you have a wonderful day! gtafan2u
Note- Steam version is full of problems. Try removing the mods you have one by one and see if any of them is interfering with the game.

Steam version is fine, people just don't know how to downgrade. OP which downgrader did you use? Latest steam version (2014) removed songs from the radio, using the wrong downgrader that doesn't add these songs back will cause the issue you're having now. gtafan2u
Andromeda-J
isn't in your location country some webpages for local secondhand marketing? If there really isn't then i must be lucky, because i got near me a store selling older games for ps2 and pc, plus people on secondhand market webpage selling them! I am currently using this one: http://www.mediafire.com/download/j8h7424au1o40rx/Gta+Sa+Patch.zip Sorry I can not recall the source of the download but this is the one I am currently using.Going to try a different patch and I will tell you how that's going afterwards. Note- Steam version is full of problems. Try removing the mods you have one by one and see if any of them is interfering with the game. The mods have not crashed my game at all.I have tested this by using cheat menu and 256 cars mod repeatedly.I have also left my computer idle to see if it would crash but no luck.Only crashes when I get a vehicle and the radio comes on. Thank you so much to those who had tried to help me.I used this downgrader and no more crashing had occurred: http://gtaforums.com/topic/753764-steam-downgrader/I had to start a new game but that's okay since I wasn't that far ahead into the story.
