Hey Guys. I have a dubsta 2 on the ps4. I'm glad to help people out.

Btw, I live in the CET timezone, so for American players: I will be available in the evenings (which is 6-9 hours later then your local time if I'm correct)

theres a place on the map in vinewood hills that they're guaranteed to spawn every time, during certain hours. i forgot where exactly but its all over youtube, just search it. and all the ones that spawn there are already somewhat customized, so you can sell them for about 25k, or you can keep them.

This particular location was patched several months ago.

 

I'll put up a video shortly showing that spawning is still possible as of 1.31 i.e. the Executives and Other Criminals update.
