I cannot figure out how to send photos to a contact

I'm doing the Merryweather scouting mission & I need to take pictures of the ship & send them to Ron. How do I send the photos to him? I can't seem to figure it out. When I select Ron's name in the contact list all it does is call his number to which I am greeted with his voice mail. Thanks!

First you have to take the pictures of the ship as "instructed".........literally as instructed ....yep.

 

After you done that......pull up your phone in-game......

 

Go to your contacts list.......look for Ron..........

 

Then option to send will pop up......Then you can send the photos you took of the ship to Ron.....
