[PC] Problem with cutscene aspect ratio after Lowrider Update

Alright, so this happens. I'm playing on 1280x1024 resolution, with 4:3 aspect radio. After downloading the Lowrider update, the aspect ratio on cutscenes changes, and black bars appear on both sides of the screen. This happens in both SP and Online. Anyone having similar issues?
