The update added some really nice Adversary modes that no one wants to play...

A lot of players just care about grinding money and griefing others in free mode which is kind of a shame. The adversary modes can actually be a lot of fun with a decent group of people.

 

Agreed. There are so many modes that are near impossible to play. I've alwas been a fan of deathmatches rarely ever find one or can populate one. All I get are the horribly annoying and endless "RP 50000000 and $50000000000 easy!" b.s. jobs made by social club people. The adversary modes would be great .... if it didn't take all night to get enough people to play them. Maybe a freaking triple RP and Money event weekend on all adversary modes would get people to play... when they did that one double payout playlist weekend I actually got to do some and it was great!

Does anyone else's Grim Reaper bobble head flash continously like a lightening storm? I mean, the car is parked in my garage and it's like a police flasher.

The eyes in mine glow (freakin' awesome) but no flashing or strobing. Is it a glitch? Doesn't sound like it's intended the way you describe it.

 

most, if not all of the bobble heads do that. I have one of the football player bobble heads in my Chino, and not only does the bobblehead flash, but the lights on the gauges and the tail lights also flash at the same time. I have a feeling it is a glitch, that Rockstar will probably end up fixing.

Wow that's gotta be a glitch. Dash lights doing the same thing. I'm glad mine haven't done any of that. Someone needs to look into Benny's shoddy wiring...I've also noticed my license plate frame flashing on occasion.

Kinda disappointed that the voodoo doesnt get as low as it should. In fact not that low at all. The Buccaneer and Chino get nice and low.

 

Havent bought the other ones yet. Anyone disappointed with the Primo, Moonbeam and/or Faction?

1st game since the update that I got into a lobby and benny was dead. Some sh*t faced people were all over bennys and one in a tank. Not that it matter since they were killing cops and majority of the ppl there were in passive. This may have been sort of okay with the pay and sprays but considering theres only one benny's, R really should have made him invincible or something. Or to where you can't shoot inside the place or really... in the whole area.

It only seems to affect DLC/Current gen exclusive vehicles, and you get kicked out as soon as you get into the driver's seat. The only exception I have found is in gang attacks, where you can drive them until you reach the "you are going too far from the gang attack" limit, and then you're booted out and left with a locked car again. It wasn't present before the update.

Was playing Humane Raid: EMP earlier with some homies and we noticed all the jets that come to attack you for stealing the Hydra were staying grounded and only took off when you got near them. They were at LSI, Ft. Zancudo & Sandy Shores Airfield.

Yeah, same. We even got to Sandy shores, but had to turn back to shoot them.

That's interesting. Last night we were driving past fort Z doing the Pac Stan Signal set up. A lazer appeared above us and blew up 2 cars behind us. 2 of us in the car saw it and we had two others in a police chopper. I had assumed one of them parachuted into the fort and knocked a lazer.

It only seems to affect DLC/Current gen exclusive vehicles, and you get kicked out as soon as you get into the driver's seat. The only exception I have found is in gang attacks, where you can drive them until you reach the "you are going too far from the gang attack" limit, and then you're booted out and left with a locked car again. It wasn't present before the update.

Lovin' the update so far, the missions are fun too. So far I only got the Faction all customized albeit without any liveries and I'm planning to drop my Buccaneer at Benny's too. But I've got a question, can you change the colors of the liveries? I haven't really messed around with them so I dunno.

Not sure , but I think they would still give you money slower than missions even if you keep winning(depends on the job type though).

You can drive other unstorable vehicles (Brute Pony etc.)...what's different about these?

Yes but vehicles like that are blacklisted, even if you got it into your garage somehow it'd disappear. Dlc vehicles need to be purchased now, can't be freely tested in online

Nah atleast half my cars have Yankton Plates and they're all perfectly fine, so I dont think that has much to do with it. I checked my Roosevelt on my other character (with an LS Plate) and it cant be customized either.

If you use the new feature to "open trunk" on the clean Rebel the tailgate just sparks and falls off! On the Rat Rod the tailgate just opens inward.

Not sure if its been mentioned...

 

But I was doing a run of Lester's Denial of Service job; trying to get another Dub2...

 

I noticed a couple things that were different.

 

1. The mission music has been changed.

2. It was game time Sunday locked at noon; and I got 4 Dubsta 2's. Got one at Airport LSC, one at Burton LSC, and 2 spawned at La Mesa LSC... all within 45 minutes real time; which has in the past been near impossible for a Sunday game time to even get 1 to spawn within an hour...
