And coming up next:Law Enforcement, Firefighters, Medics, and Peds that work in stores. I highly recommend you use Modloader to install these skins. OP, you might want to get better with weights If you're talking about the guy with the red shirt, since he's the only one in that picture from what I can see that's deformed, I've already fixed his shoulders, and his forearms. I've uploaded a "Tommy clothes" on GTAgarage months ago. Strange the picture was approved, but the file hasn't gotten through. Thought it was an error so I re-uploaded it. Here are the important characters I've finished so far. I know this is a Vice City related topic, but I decided to toss in some GTA 3 characters as well, like Salvatore and the bank robber, since I was planing to do that in the future. Here's Sonny's capo, Sonny Forelli, the cartels from the intro of GTA 3, and Catalina. I was going to put Miguel in there, but it was kind of a bitch the rig the fella, so screw it. Since i'm getting in rigging, I decided to do a improved version of the civilians and the law enforcement/others, except Tommy's clothes and the Vice Squad, they're fine. I thought I rigged all of the civilians, but I missed a few. I'll get back to that after I finish with the important characters first.
