What else (with some justification) could we expect to see from this update? I'm not asking for more, but just curious if they've (R*) ever teased something and no one is taking note of it.

for the Aussie's that live in South Australia and Northern Territory, the DLC's have mainly dropped between 7pm - 8pm. The time zone here doesn't change as we don't get day light saving's like the rest of the other states in Australia. Heist's was one exception I can think of that actually released earlier than the usual 7pm - 8pm time.

WA usually gets it around 6pm. We aren't on DST either

Totally agree, that's what I was hoping to see in a new property with this update. Probably won't ever see the inside of this one unless it has a new interior.

Dudes it´s coming out at round about 11 in the morning ( here in Germany ) , because at that time it´s the 20th October 2015 in every place in the world . All recent updates came out at that time . Yo should know by now

Rockstar has leaked (perhaps accidentally) the one posted in the last few pages, how do we know that there isn't more?

 

Wouldn't this update be the perfect time to ad some 6 garage properties through Franklin's neighbourhood?
