The B-Type is cool but I still much prefer the Roosevelt..

Personally, so do I. But the new one looks way cooler. BTW, "btype" is a codename for Roosevelt in game files, so this will be another version of the Roosevelt.

According to Jey_M they might add a script to shutdown the lights and then start playing those audio files.

It's make sense as why would they add a flashlight and those audio files (dog, wolf, witch ..etc)

So Blackout mode will finally get some well-deserved love?

 

Just spitballing here, but a map/blip-less blackout game modes would be awesome. I gotta say, I admire R* adventurousness in adding the "Addams Family" Roosevelt and Frankie's Buccaneer hearse (which I suspect is about to make a whole lot of hearse owners unhappy). Sad to be an old gen peasant these days.
