You can take the new dlc cars to lsc but just upgrade standard parts like armour, engine upgrades etc.

Also faction is quite fast when it gets going, and it's just stock

GTA V has given about literally 10 times your money's worth as opposed to other games.

They aren't doing it to p*ss you off. Your system can't take more updates without crashing.
