I have a question, How can i change the positions of the cars in my garage?

You cant.

Well through normal gameplay you can't. However, doing something known as the Insurance Glitch can allow you to move cars around in you garage, provided you are willing to give up one of your vehicles to do the glitch.

You can't. You have to find another on the streets to use.

You can't. It's not even possible to take a tracker off a personal vehicle (without glitching). However, if you drive around in it, it's more likely that other random cars of that model will spawn around the city.

Well, there's another way to move cars around in your garage without using a glitch. However, you need to have 1 open spot (or be willing to give up a vehicle) and you will need to re-purchase insurance coverage on any vehicle you move.

This question has just come to me while reading another thread about the sea.

 

If you were to get into one of the subs available, and head along the ocean floor away from the island, would you eventually hit some kind of 'wall' or will the 'limits' be disguised by just turning the screen black so that you appear to be moving, but without any references are unaware that you are, in fact, going nowhere by this point?

 

Same question applies to any of the airborn vehicles, I suppose. What happens if you just fly endlessly away from the island?

If you fly endlessly in a Jet away from the center, you will eventually hit the "wall" and what happens is your Jet runs out of fuel and you have to crash it into the ocean or bail out. And you hrs up stranded out to sea about 5 miles away from land.

Tried that. Unfortunately it just respawns you right there again.

 

You can either start a job/mission/race and fast travel to it.

 

Or, you can start a new session and spawn in your apt.

What is this 'fast travel' I keep seeing pop-up during loading screen? Surely if you're doing a mission or a race, you have to wait for everyone else, so what's does it do exactly?

If you are on one end of the map and want to get to the other side (or a long distance) all you have to do is start a mission/race/parachute near where you want to go. Start it solo. Then quit. You will be at that point on the map. Instant fast travel.

As far as I know you just share the moeny that's in the bank acct. However, if you're keep a whole lot of cash on your person you should be prepared to lose it through a mugging. Maybe best in your situation is to put it in the bank and keep a note of who earns what on pen and paper.

 

You share friends list on PSN.

 

You have different records. Each character has to earn their own in-game awards.

You'd share trophies.

The first thing I did well had to do was race ,even if I did'nt want to next I had to go on some mission thingy even if I did'nt want to. Now my question is can I just explore on my own??

Those things are part of the opening tutorial. Once you finish the tutorial, you can explore on your own all you want.

How is this done?

To Re-arrange your garage:

 

Make sure you have 1 open spot OR a vehicle in your garage you don't mind losing.

 

If you have an open spot, order a car from the internet (the FREE Elergy works perfect) to fill the open spot.

 

Now, to re-arrange the garage. Get in the car you want to move into that spot (Elergy spot) and drive it out of your garage. Stay in it. While in the car, open the internet and order another free Elergy. When it asks which car you want to replace, choose the car you are sitting in. Then drive back in. You will be asked where to put this vehicle. Choose the Elergy spot you want to put this car in. Then repeat as necessary to move any vehicles.

 

ANY VEHICLE YOU MOVE WILL NEED TO BE INSURED AGAIN AT LS CUSTOMS.

Lol i try flying as far away as possible in a ac130 and my engine burnt and there i went to the water lol and of course suicide came next.

Been doing some missions with my crew lately and i've noticed that after every mission certain members always get way more money than others. like if I'd get 20k some other people would only get 10k.

 

I've also noticed that:

1) It ain't about the position you are in the crew either because sometimes a muscle has gained much more money than say a lieutenant.

2) It ain't about the level either.

3) It ain't about your performance in the mission

 

so why is it?

Just to add on to this. Not only does it have to be your first time doing the mission, but you also have to be the required rank to get that mission in order for you to get full payout.

 

Example:

 

Let's say the Base Invaders mission had a rank requirement of level 35 to start it.

 

If you are level 35 or above and it's your first time completing the mission, you will get full payout $25,000

 

If you are level 35 or above and you have already don't the mission before, you will get half payout $12,500

 

If you are below level 35, you will get half payout $12,500 until you reach level 35, then you will get full payout the first time you do it at level 35 or above.

There's only 2 par 3 holes on the course. It's gotta be one or the other cause you aren't making a hole in one on the par 4's or 5's obviously.

 

Start a round and find the first par 3 hole. That's probably the one you want to retry.

Does everyone else's mechanic always set your radio to Channel X every time he delivers your car? I think it's the most annoying radio station to be constantly bombarded by. Half the time I enter the car delivered by him it sounds like someone is throwing squeeling pigs on drumsets. Is there any way to change this? I also find it pretty lame that the radio station changes in your car even when nobody has been in it to change it, like when you get in and out of your garage.

Kill him and get a new mechanic. My radio seems to get set to random channels at any given time. It is annoying.
