GTA Online Quick Questions

I apologize if this has already been asked. I searched through the forums and only saw one other thread about it, which didn't solve the problem at all.

 

Anyway, I keep getting stuck in the combat stance. Like constantly. I've tried L3, getting in and out of cars, dying, switching sessions, and even "changing" my character to the same character to try and reload it. The only thing that fixes it is going back to single player and then jumping back into online.

 

Does anyone know of an easier fix? Or maybe some idea as to what I'm doing to cause it in the first place?

I've never been constantly trapped in this 'combat stance', but I do occasionally stay in it longer than I want and I've never really been sure how I got there or what clears it. Sometimes if there's cops around my character will do nothing but the combat stance/stealth walk until the cops stop looking for me.

 

It seems a bit hit and miss and can be very irritating,

That is a Canis Mesa Off-Road.

 

It's the Jeep driven by Merryweather mercenaries. You can get one from certain missions that involve Merryweather or by calling Merryweather to send attack mercenaries on another player, and then stealing the jeeps when the show up.

This happens to me often, it's usually a problem with the servers or your internet connectivity.

I think my internet connection is the problem with empty rooms.

If you're invited than you'll get a full room.. Just gotta find friends.

It happened at least 6-8 times.. Maybe because some others had them (2 flying) and was causing some kind of lag? Frustrating when they were attacking my car while i'm jumping off an invisible object..

This happens to me frequently. I thought it might be my internet connection also but I was in a session with 5 other crew members and it happened to all of us at the same time and we all ended up in solo sessions. Definitely an issue on R*'s end.

I want to sell my Bullet using the LSC glitch method, can we still do that method ?

Yes. But super cars cannot be sold to LSC you must buy a non premium car upgrade it fully as much as you can put all the most expensive things on it and you can usually get 50-90k per sale. Just make sure you don't lose it lol.

For such a well thought out game I think the character movement could be a little better. I know its the type of engine they use that is basically rotate 360 degreeses and move forward and backward there is no true diagnol movement like in call of duty but COD is also first person which makes it easier. So the character movement sometimes causes me to get killed because I can't get my character to properly high behind objects or he runs over and hides behind the wrong object. I think that what is causing your guys problem. Try a different controller or pull your L3 out toward you lightly and firm to make sure its not stuck down causing it to constantly put you in stealth mode.

When you change properties, you will get a refund of half the purchase price of the original property.

 

If you live in the 400k apt, you will get refunded 200k when you move elsewhere.

If you ever have that much money to get rid of, then the best way is to create a new character, withdraw what you don't want from the bank, then delete that character.

run run run, I found my stamina increased the more you run at full speed, especially if you are on a mission and the cops are chasing you, get out of your vehicle and run.

How the hell do you get into the jet fighters in the mission where you have to fly into the airbase and destroy them? On the hard setting there's three jets, and dozens of security guards when you approach them, but I can't get in them and end up getting shot to pieces.

 

I know you CAN get in them, because I was doing it earlier with a guy and the next thing I know he's jacked one and is flying around trying to missile the other two. Doesn't matter what I do, though, I just can't get in them. I've tried climbing on top and shooting the plexiglass hatch, but nothing lets me in.
