That's Patriot Smoke, either buy it during independence day event (July 4th) or - and I'm not sure this works for parachutes, but it does for tyre smoke - be in a crew with a pure black #000000 crew colour and choose crew smoke.

Dumb question but I gotta ask...been playing this game for almost a decade and still don't know the answer to this one.

If you buy a car while it's on sale, if you hold it to the next week when it's NOT on sale, do you get a higher sell price?

hey guys i got some problem recently i noticed that my global rp is smaller than what its should be now my char lvl is around 180 ish if im correct lvl 180 is about 4 mil rp but now in my stat my global rp is only 4,1 k its getting smalller before this the global rp is 5k its keep on dropping i wonder if you guys had the same problem like me or you guys know whats causing it

You mean the in-game stats page? Those stats are a bit of a mess. Nothing to worry about.

Anyone else able to take the Speedo from before After Hours into their garages? I just stored one from the street in the arena garage by accident. the only options in the mod shops are "Tracker/Insurance" and "Sell" unfortunately.

Probably yes because it's now considered a vehicle you own so it can possibly have a tracker on it

If you mean the stats shown at the stats page on R* website these can be wrong sometimes especially when dealing with money and RP if you wanna actually check them hop on your game and open the pause menu go for stats check your money and RP from there if you see that the problem is in the game too try troubleshooting the game  using these links

Sadly no. Only missions have the feature of remembering the last players. But iirc the MC have a feature of showing the "MC Score", that can track some players, but i don't think it has all the players that ever joined your mc, but you can check: MC Menu>Manage MC>Members

You've always been able to store the Speedo, even back in PS3/360 days when they were hard to find. They can be fully customised by way of a merge glitch, but for some reason R* doesn't want us to be able to do it legitimately in LSC. If you want a rare example, the Special Cargo mission where two gangs are fighting at the Terminal provides two in Worn Black that can be stored.

Are Rockstar Servers down for Xbox1? Had this issue already a couple of weeks ago, couldn't log into GTAO for about a week, so far none of my friends seem to play GTAO, so it seems not only to be me?

A while back I saw a player wearing one of the gingerbread man masks, and it was definitely not during the holidays, and it was on PS4. Is there a way to acquire the gingerbread man mask permanently??? Thanks

Iirc when you get an exclusive item like from Independence Day,Christmas etc, you can use it even after it ended. The clothing is one of them. Like i still have the halloween horn available for me to install in any car i want so get all the exclusive content before they are locked again so u can have them available whenever u want.

The clothing isn't really one of them though - in fact if you save an outfit during Christmas with the "limited time items" on, after Christmas the saved outfit won't work anymore or it'll be gone completely. 

It's weird as some stuff sticks, other stuff doesn't. The Halloween horns and bobbleheads seem to be something that sticks. Various items of clothing don't though. 
 

As far as I know, the only way to unlock and be able to wear the gingerbread mask without it being the festive season is to win it via the Casino's Lucky Wheel exactly as @Timsalabimbo said. There's a couple of other special items that work like that too.

Thanks guys, you both confirmed it. I recall asking the guy in the cellphone chat and that's what he said but i forgot all about that until you brought up the wheel. So now I have reason and motivation to do my daily spin

You can't sadly, you can only have one personal vehicle at time. There's the Pegasus ones but most (If not all) of them you can't modify.

You can take your rc bandito and you can take them to your yacht

If it's a matter of showing wealth then i would probably just drive the Kosatka next to my Yacht, place the sparrow on the Kosatka and then the Hydra and Deluxor on the yacht. I know the Hydra would have to be the one from Pegasus but even though it can't be customized, it still can't be picked up. You have to own it.
