Would anyone happen to know how much faster a car would perform given a spoiler?

This happened to me just the other night also. I dunno if its a known glitch but it happened.

Do Scripts exist that allow Aimbots to be used in Deathmatches?

 

Was just playing Chasing Shots and it ended up being me versus 3 Members of another Crew as my team-mate dropped. I had the upper hand (10 - 5) and then suddenly the Rank 300 member of the Crew consistently shot me down with either the RPG or Minigun with ridiculous accuracy (I have played almost 1000 Deathmatches I know what is possible and not) and in the brief few seconds I spectated him before I respawned, his screen was shaking all over the place...from my CS:S days I remember the tell tale sign of someone using an Aimbot script was the continual shaking of their screen; in addition to the obviously impossible shots they were pulling off.

 

I am almost 100% certain this guy was not playing legitimately...

Depending on the vehicle, a 1-3 second decrease in lap times is around avg.

Don't know for sure, but it's very likely given all the other mods available. However, it might just have been another player firing RPGs near him which shook the screen for the few seconds you watched.

Happened to me a couple of times too. It sucks, a random glitch that's really annoying. You can't really do anything to avoid.

It does, the roads will be more slippery and you will spin out easier.

Your best bet would be to try Amazon or Ebay. The R* Warehouse did have copies available for sale a few weeks ago, but however, the Warehouse site now shows 'Out of stock' for both the Xbox 360 and PS3 systems.

... There's a gang attack out on the beach in the NW area of the map (just West of FZ in fact, I believe) where they have vehicles... Mesa I think? Don't know for sure if it's what you're after but there's a chance.

Gang Attack Mesa are NOT storable anymore the only way to get a storeable one is to take it from the mercs when they come after you. ...

Quick question, how good is the Bravado Gresley ? I want a second opinion, I saw it and liked it a lot but I couldn't test it. Is it worth to customize ?

I really like it, I had one for a while and i drove it often.

 

There aren't many customizations for it but it's fast and handles well.

 

My bad on the Mesa. Totally agree with you on the Gresley though. The only SUV/trucks I've ever had any interest in are the Gresley, Bison and Rocoto. All drive superbly, IMO, though hardly any mods available at all, sadly.

 

What's the best "custom" demolition derby map to play with my buddies? I'm currently playing the one which takes place on top of the roof of the Merryweather warehouse, where the yellow submarine is located. Are there any other custom maps which result in death every time you're pushed off the edge? Thank-you.

I attempted a destruction derby way back. It was in the little dirt paddock in the centre of the racetrack and the idea was to ram opponents into explosive barrels... However it turns out that explosive barrels and gas canisters are extremely difficult to explode (total opposite of GTA IV where they would explode if you merely breathed on them). Shame, I was pretty pleased with the layout I did. Should have thought outside the box though -- a rooftop venue sounds like a better idea.

During the last billionaire era I got my Car Bomber plat award by rigging cars and parking them everywhere. I never used the remote bomb however. I would just grab a car, make it look attractive and rig it with an ignition bomb.

 

Luring victims into the vehicle was the fun part! One particularly memorable one was when I took a Sabre Turbo and make it look super sweet. Then I noticed somebody getting their hair cut up on Vinewood Boulevard... I parked the Sabre right outside in one of the diagonal parking bays, almost as if it had spawned there -- it was irresistible! I waited in an alley across the street (if you just drive away, chances are your bomb car will disappear) and watched as the guy came out of the shop, stopped for a second, then moved towards the Sabre. The moment where he noticed it was priceless. Sure enough, he entered the vehicle and BOOM.

 

Sometimes it was trickier to get anybody to take notice. In these situations I would drive up to someone and beep at them to get their attention, inviting them into the car. As they got in, I would jump out of the car and run away. This would cause them to shuffle across to the driver's seat and start the engine again.... BOOM.

 

I never used my PVs for any of this. And yes, you're right: You can't do anything else with the vehicle after fitting a bomb.

 

 

 

How do I set a fixed weapon wheel for my character? Each time I login there are just the crappy weapons active in the wheel.

In Single Player set the weapons wheel as you want and save the game. Everytime you load up GTAO you'll have the loadout you set up in SP.

This works and I love you.

 

HOLD THE PHONE. I was about to point out the fact that you can arrange your weapons in SP before entering GTAO -- but I never made the leap to realise you can save the setup in SP. Ohmygod.

I know you said NVM but I was just thinking today, the Oracles don't spawn as much as they used to? I mean, since the last update they have been SUPER common, both variations spawning together all the time. But in the past few days they seem to have calmed doen a little... I'm still amazed anybody could be having trouble finding an Oracle though.

Ask someone to send Mercenaries after you.

Kill them and steal their Mesa.

There is a glitch to make gang attack vehicles storable. That's how I got my daemon at the weekend. It's listed in the glitch topic on here.edit: phone ballsed up the quoting and I can't be bothered to tidy it up.

So, are these modded lobbies private? Or can these modders go into any public session, cause havok with their mod menu, and turn said lobby into a modded lobby?

 

If I'm in single player and go to Online > Play GTA Online > Go (in order to get into a public session) will I run the risk of ending up in a modded lobby?

You have a chance of being put into a lobby where modders are or they may join your lobby after a time but it isnt definite and plenty of people report not seeing modders. So odds are youll be safe. In truth, its hard to avoid them unless you play in private sessions.

They can be both. Have someone host an invite only lobby with friends, said friend invites someone who is a modder, that invite only lobby is now a invite only modded lobby, but Invite only lobbies are your safest bet avoiding them in general. It would be an obvious case of public lobbies, of course. They randomly join a public session and can just begin with their menus of wreaking havoc as they please. With public sessions, you always the run risk of anything happening really, so you may end up in a modded lobby, you may not end up in a modded lobby.

Yes if you do look to buy the SE/CE edition make sure you buy it from a reputable website such as Gamestop or Amazon DO NOT look on eBay they are wanting over $200 for a SE/CE copy but in reality you are only going to get the disc since the code has already been claimed you won't be able to use the code sent with the game.

That means the player killed someone.

Edit: Like Kaber said below, you can highlight yourself through the Interaction Menu, this will make your dot flash and everyone in the lobby will see it flashing.

Well, that is what it means. That or you have them highlighted.
