Yes. It tallies the points all the players collected and licks the player. If you miss the ring you're docked points, hit the outter part of the rings you get some not a lot, you get the most if you through the middle of the ring.

 

I can understand loosing some, but all? is that really necessary?

 

 

If you wish to win. Yes. Hitting the dead center of the last landing ring helps a lot

I don't know if this is the appropriate thread or not but here goes.

 

Tonight I played in a lobby just driving my PV. Suddenly I was out if my PV, standing in the middle of the road while my PV continued in the direction I was driving. I ran to my car, that had hit a wall, and continued driving. Only to notice that I couldn't bring up the list of players in the lobby, nor see anything on the HUD except shops - nothing else, and I couldn't enlarge the HUD either, just like single player. All shops were open but no-on behind the counters, I drove around and I think I saw a police helicopter actually chasing someone/something and I could hear other players talking and I saw a wreck here and there but no other players. Another odd thing was that ALL interiors were open as long as they had a door. I entered Lesters house, Floyd beachhouse (Wades cousin who lives with his fiancee near the beach), the rock club (which spawned me flying under LS), all player owned garages opened for me but I didn't enter inside, same with doors in buildings ownable by players. I entered Michaels villa through the front door, back door and garage, just walking through just like in single player. Finally I got tired of it all and blew myself up with a grenade. I died but the black screen never came, instead the camera showed me from above lying there bleeding while life in the street continued just as before. After a few minutes of waiting, looking at my sorry carcass - I turned off my console.

 

Anyone experienced this or something similar to it?

Get both. Buy the buzzard now, use it to do "mixed up with coke" and you have time to save for the liberator before it's gone. Using the buzzard on hard this mission takes around 3minutes for $13500 so you could grind it for a few hours and have enough for the truck. Have your cake AND eat it mate.

I'm torn: for my second character, should I get a Buzzard or a Monster Truck?

 

Buzzard would help out with Missions and free roam things like assassinations and crate drop hunting.

 

Monster Truck is soon to not be available. Though if I really wanted to use it, I could just swap characters to my 1st character.

Either they decided to scrap them and got rid of them or maybe they have a plan for them for the future and will make them obtainable at a later date. That would be my guess.

I've been trying to get gold + chrome in sp(so I don't waste money) and I have yet to be able to achieve the color I desire. That is very shiny gold. I'm flabbergasted. How the hell am I supposed to get this look? It seems like I've tried every method I can think of. If somebody could give me the correct method is greatly appreciate it. Wish I had a pic but I can't locate one on the forum now.

It can only be done Online (or through save editor) because you have the crew color available.

Basically you apply the Chrome first, then the Crew color (A yellow or gold color should do fine).

Keep in mind this color highly depends on light, so it may look terrible in sunlight if the angle is not good.

He's referring to the fact you get a DNF if you don't land in the final target - it has always been like this, yeah.

This might of been answered before, But i don't feel like going page hunting to see one question, but does anyone know how much RP you own from killing a Full Mental stat person? Only reason i'm asking if i'm thinking of ranking up my 1st character (rank 7) and need a easy or quick method to earning RP, don't really care for money atm.

Anyone red will be virtually impossible for a lvl 7 player to kill. Even if you succeed you will have died multiple times in the process losing much money negating any positive rp effect, and I'm pretty sure it's not much rp either, maybe 500 if that?, lol! Stick to missions.

The only ones I can think of is the airport terminal, the bank in Vinewood, bar in Blaine County and from memory the Merryweather offices down at the docks... any others ?

Sultangris is right. The best thing you do, if you see or hear a dot coming for you, flee. Rarely is a dot taking an interest in you a good thing, especially at your level.

From the box's that get dropped randomly in FR. You only keep them for the session I believe

So, I have fully modded all my owned vehicles but in about half of the races I enter using custom rides and no slipstream, I will be at top speed and another player in the same type of car will buzz past and leave me in the dust.

 

How? If my car is fully modded, and the other player is in the same kind of car (probably modded), how are they going so much faster?!
