I order a tank to be delivered by Pegasus, it goes to Vespucci Police Department in the south west of the city, but as I get close to it the icon on the map moves up to the delivery point beside Fort Zancudo, every single time! What's up?

I and several others have been experiencing this. It helps to drive up very slowly and to look behind you.

best way to level up flying? anything other than just endless flying?

The best way is to just constantly take off and land a plane. You stat increases the most from doing successful landings

I think they 'fixed' that, or at least I've been trying it with my second char and not getting very far.

 

I'm sticking to winning air races and getting aircraft kills (npc and pvp).

 

Do aerobatics (barrel rolls and loop de loops) still level you up in Online like single player?

its bugged, no idea that the drive slow looking behind you worked, but anyways theres the spot by the beach pier, by the bank/movie theater and the casino, simply go somewhere so that you arent at one of the spots but are closer to it than the police station when you call and it will go there instead, problem solved until they patch and fix it.

I dnt think anyone can really answer that. Until a few patches ago at least it did not matter what class you raced to unlock upgrades so you could unlock SUV, compact and sedan upgrades only doing supercar races

If you win races in the Super class, it unlocks mods for all the others classes

i unlocked them when the game was released so im not sure if its changed but it then it didnt matter what class you used it unlocked them for all. people only race supers cause thats all they drive in free mode too, they go faster and are more fun for most people. not many people appreciate driving the other classes of cars.

Will rockstar ever add a grifitti update since in gta San Andreas they had spray paint and gta5 is taking place in San Andreas in the future?

You can't tint them with iFruit by itself, but you can do them with iFruit and Charles, this way you can also tint motorbikes windshiels

I have one with Limo Tint.

 

There used to be a LSC glitch where it allowed you to apply general modifications to vehicles which didn't have them.

 

The glitch was patched. I managed to also apply custom wheels on my Injection.

 

One thing I should add though is that the Banshee had the same issue but it obtained the Windows option in a recent patch so there's still a chance the Bullet might get the same.

question: Is it possible to have two different crew colors on the same car? For instance with my voodoo I have a yellow crew primary color mixed with the chrome. And I wanted to use another crew I have for the secondary color mixed with chrome but everytime I buy the secondary color it reverts back to the previous crew color I had on it.

 

But if I can't have two different crew colors on the same car will the chrome + color work for anything or just crew?(only ask that because I've tried same way of getting chrome+crew and it doesn't work, just thought there might be another method)

this doesnt make sense, you mean the first crew yellow color reverts to the new crew color? or the new color reverts to yellow?
