What is the deal with how lights/sirens work on police/paramedic/fire engines?

 

If you double click on L3, you can now make just the lights flash without the sirens coming on. I swear this is new?

 

And how do you change it back afterwards?

Just a glitch. I dont think you can turn on the siren again, did you tried exit and enter the vehicle?

Does sony not have a console chat option like Xbox 360? I want to be able to talk to my friend even when we are against each other in a match. Using the phone in game sucks cause you cannot change weapons in jets and it just is annoying.

no ps3 doesn't have independent servers which is why you don't pay to play, and why psn goes down more often.

I can't request a mission from my contacts, anyone knows why ? I skipped the tutorial because it's my second character (Rank 10) but I didn't even got a call from simeon to give me a PV. I don't know, should I expect a call from my contacts or something ?

In my fisrt character I could call for missions right away and I got that call from simeon for the PV, but not on this one.

Even if they do some kind of wipe, which they most likely won't, you'll get to keep your Pegasus vehicles.

Try deleting all the updates and download them again.

When I upgrade the performance of my cars, I always stop when the acceleration bar is maxed out. Do additional upgrades actually increase performance after that point? Or is it just money wasted?

I always wondered this and sorta used it to justify the fact that I don't always fit a turbo (because I don't like hearing the sound on some cars). Saying that, I think it does go further than the displayed stats so I will always install everything else, regardless of the meter.

As with most of my Pegasus list, I only bought the Dump when I had billions to burn. I have never called it a single time and there is no way in hell I would pay anything close to $1 million for it, wtf.

 

If I could, I would strip my Pegasus list down to Buzzard, Cargobob, the DLC plane, maybe a boat, and the Rhino, I guess.

 

Ironically, my second character only has the Buzzard, Cargobob, Tank, and a few others like the Dump etc. However it has no other aircraft at all, yet it has every single boat. I must admit I don't remember what I bought exactly but I would have thought I would have just thrown everything on there when I had the chance -- I certainly wouldn't have bought mostly boats... Outside of missions I've used a boat maybe once, and it wasn't even mine. The worst part is that I can't even use the Buzzard or Tank, lmao!

There was a glitch back in the good ol days of the 1.09 that used to let you buy a Cargobob from Warstock if you glitched the link of the page. Along with the tank and other high-level stuff.

Edit: If your talking about the unique Sentinel with the custom plate "KRYST4L" you have to do the SP2MP glitch in order to store it online.

So your're not supposed to be able to do that? Don't you think you should be able to do it? It is quite realistic I think.

 

Also why does RR pay out so much more RP and money than other jobs? Not that I'm complaining, I just don't understand the inconsistency.

1. There is no "maximum" if the automated stat checker flags your account and your numbers don't add up you'll go in the cheaters pool. Some people will get caught, some won't it's the gamble you take when cheating.

2.Try calling it in when near a spawn point such as the racetrack or vinewood cinema.

It's a metal roofed convertible, easiest way to spot in free roam is white body red roof. I think only Zions drive around with their top down.

It's widely believed (although I've never seen actual evidence) the payout and title were swapped with "High Priority Case" by accident.
