Nope, I also hear this.

 

It's apart of the "Ambient" background noises, similar to the police horn that occasionally plays even if their isn't a single police cruiser spawned nearby.

I know this might already be answered but is there a solution as to why my snapmatic photos have the black borders on the outside. I see other photos and they are full. What's up?

They do not. You need to have a minimum of 4 people in a lobby for crates to spawn.

Bison gets outpaced by the Sandking so it's mainly based on your opinion of it's style and handling.

Cause rockstar f*cked up the game on patch 1.13 and is got worse every patch after that. If next one doesn't fix it and follows the make it worse trend it will be unplayable, lol!

It's because you don't have a HDMI cable to connect your TV to the console.

 

Get one and you will have much better picture and your pics will be without that border.

Actually I did it once when I was recreating the Sultan TT.

 

I required the stock wheels in a dark gold sort of colour so I think what I did was to purchase the cheapest set of wheels, paint them and then revert back to the stock wheels. The colour remained, however it would be darker due to the alloy colour underneath so it took a few attempts to get the exact colour I wanted.

 

This was months ago though and I've never tried it since so I couldn't say whether or not it still works.

It has nothing to do with HDMI. The real problem is that you probably have a small tv, to fix this, head over to Display settings (on Xbox at least) and change your Screen format to "Widescreen".

When I upgrade the performance of my cars, I always stop when the acceleration bar is maxed out. Do additional upgrades actually increase performance after that point? Or is it just money wasted?

The Firework Launcher will disappear whenever R* will announce the date to end this DLC. They said 'Mid July' so a date should soon be known. After the whatever the date is, you will be able to keep the launcher until you run out of ammo for it, at that point, you will be unable to buy ammo for it and will be unable to select it in the weapon wheel.

Yeah, I've heard the same thing. But I also heard it's possible to "over tune" cars, so I'm curious about it.

What is the deal with how lights/sirens work on police/paramedic/fire engines?

 

If you double click on L3, you can now make just the lights flash without the sirens coming on. I swear this is new?

 

And how do you change it back afterwards?
