So... Am i allowed to vote at 8:30pm? I don't want to wait until 11:30pm to vote 'cause i work, gotta go to sleep early... And i want to contribute (Newbie in this) as much as i can.

Actually, it's not; but it also is...

The Cargobob can land on the water unless a wave knocks it over. On flat water it will float. Lots of people bought it when they could with the glitch, Rockstar knows but doesn't care, so the Dodo isn't alone, but it's the only legitimately-ownable amphibious vehicle.

In the long run, the Dodo has more charm and practicality than the Besra.

You can't just subtract 1 from Vestra and 1 from Besra. Check the rules.

Looking back at the list it's a bit daft how quickly the Lazer and Hydra went down, they're both great planes in their own way. I mean the Lazer flies almost identically to the Besra and yet they couldn't have done much differently.

 

Don't get me wrong I voted the Lazer down because jet griefers get on my nerves but I'm thinking now that I should have judged it on merit not on what some people use them for.

Yes you are allowed to do that. But if you bend the rule every day it isnt allowed.

 

I have checked up several voters and sometimes the votes has been streching the rules quite a bit. But since I have been slacking I wont correct it at this late point in game.

I believe the Frogger helicopter can be landed on water, if done very very carefully.

I have landed a Buzzard and an Annihilator on water. I think most helicopters can, but not all. Cant remember what was the criteria for being able to.
