Agility is more than flying upside down. You know a plane is agile when you can set it against Lazers and it has a chance to win (Air Force Zero gamemode). It's like the Akuma of planes: best acceleration and handling, but not so good for stunting.

 

It can also take off in like 3 meters so you can park it anywhere.

When it comes to planes, being agile means the aircraft can pull so many maneuvers in a short time, compared to the heavier, sluggish, bigger non-agile planes. The only reason the Vestra can't fly upside down is the V-shaped tail can't keep it steady, which is why it can't fly upside down for longer than 3 seconds. Other than that the Besra is the only non-armed aircraft that can rival (or beat) the Vestra when it comes to agility.

 

The REAL downside (something most people seem to ignore here <cough> Nacho Z) is that the breaks are almost nonexistent. Which means in order to land you need to kill the engine (by holding L2 instead of tapping it), pulling the Landing Gears down, dick around while nudging the L stick up to (slowly) slow down a bit and lose altitude in the same time to the point of almost-stalling and THEN slam the plane on the ground while holding the L2 button. It takes practice to do this.

That's what I'm trying to say actually. The Vestra has been my go-to Peg flying vehicle until I got my hands on the Buzzard.

 

FunFactTime: The Vestra won't stall and fall down when the engine shut down (be it from a rocket or because you turned it off) compared to other planes. In fact, aside from the Lazer, the Vestra is the only aircraft that can stay in the air for a decent amount of time even if the engines are turned off. However, in order for the Lazer to glide you need to flip it upside down, something you don't need to do with the Vestra.

I've always wondered how to make the Lazer glide without the nose dragging it down. And the Vestra is fun to glide around with.
