Is it just me or does the APC Cannon not work anymore?

It's hanging downwards and don't react to Camera Movements at all.

Cannon still works for me and it not stuck down. It aims up and shoots fine. However, APC no longer has cockpit view like in previous IVpack version for me. Cockpit view now more like roof cam..

Everything related to Uranus tuning still works fine for me. Engine, wheels, spoiler, etc... However, Angel can no be tuned other than change plate style and body colour. Were these changes intentional?

 

Also Police6 (Police Merit) still spawn with no light bar sometimes and rear left light still incorrect...

Lastly, I was reading the High Quality cars thread from onepiece and you showed interest in converting his HD Oceanic to GTAV. Any plans to still do that or was that idea abandoned? @_CP_

Can there be an option to add the thin whitewall tyres from IV? Think the Manana and the Emperor looked way better with those tires.

another good question is can vehicle engine sounds and horns from iv be ported to v? engines in iv sounded really good, especially bikes and they were loud as fk. i also noticed some bikes in gta4 had redwall tires. i wish you could choose different tire wall colours when choosing whitewalls.

Works fine as is, but anyways there's nothing really left to to add in except maybe some of the biker vehicles.

I have full respect for GTAWiseGuy for creating this from scratch just for 1.5 min video, but bloody hell it's super ugly!

I hate the front, I hate the rear, I hate the sides.

The only impressive thing to me is that he added a lot of customization and created new interior, which looks quite comfy.

 

Also how the hell this have anything to do with IVPack?

This car has a lot of questionable decisions, if you ask me. The headlights are unnecessarily complex and ugly, the taillights are the other way round, too simple, they look like straight from GTA SA. And these things on the doors at knee level, I don't know the correct word for them. Also the steering wheel is a bit too small. Anyway, sorry for offtopic.

Small update released, popgroups.ymt is based on PC file instead of X360, so crashes should be minimized.

@CP: I noticed on the GTA5-Mods comments page for the mod that you aren't sure that <Variations> actually is. I believe it's the same thing as in vehiclemodelsets.meta where you cna choose the colours, extras, and any tuning parts a car spawns with.

 

If you put for example the Panto into popgroups.ymt, it'll spawn with its default randomised extras and its colours according to carvariations.meta, but using Variations you can give it specific ones. Look at the line for the polmav and you'll see what I mean:

You can tell it which liveries, colours, modkits, etc. to use.

 

It would be a really handy thing to use to be honest. If for example you put the Ingot VD90R into the game as tuning parts you could tell it to spawn with them, or make the Feroci spawn with tuning parts in certain areas of the map, etc.

I tried something like this with the Voodoo around the time Executives & Other Criminals was announced/released and it didn't work. Got the same results - the car spawned but wasn't modified.

Its not really surprising to be honest, the stock file doesnt come with any of those variations, which leads me to think that they are just not compatible with this file.

Also, it irks me how the new liveries from all the vehicles since the lowrider updates are set as benny's liveries, thus not being able to use them for vehicles in traffic.
