It probably crashed because of RDE. Wait for the 3.1 update, the current version doesn't support Gunrunning update.

OK, my Zmod license is coming to the end, I have no idea what can I do with IVPack when all IV vehicles were converted. Nobody except Zmodeler is doing something in fragment type resources for GTA V. The main goal of this mod was realized. Any suggestions?

I guess you could keep on adding more lore friendly cars from Max Payne 3, and some stuff made by modders. But it's really all up to you.

Because Max Payne 3 is based in the GTA world you could convert the other vehicles (cars, trucks, boats, planes) and then you can call it a success. Your mod is and for me it will forever be a must have mod along with traffic variety an longer trains. Mods like these makes the game perfect. And to top all of that IVpack doesn't crash anymore, I remember some months ago when I played with it, it crashed every 30 minutes or so, so this is a big plus!

This may sound stupid but what about games from around GTA IV's release (2008). For example vehicles from Burnout Paradise or Flatout Ultimate Carnage (which is Flatout 2 with better graphics but worse soundtrack).

I recently saw a Youtube Video where someone used OpenIV to show the Cars in Max Payne 3 and i have to say,there`s a lot of good Stuff in it (well,pretty much all).

I know some Vehicles are already in IV Pack ut there are still many Max Payne 3 Cars that could fit in too.

 

BTW,is it just me or are the Rims on the Police Stinger glowing blue for everyone else?I can`t even swap them in LS Customs or via Trainer.

Also,has anyone ever made a proper LSPD,SAHP or other Liveries for the Stinger?

Regarding Max Payne 3 vehicles, there was one particularly good pickup truck, Vapid Felino. It's already converted to IV by Thundersmacker (wrong, it was Algonquin Hood), along with a Mesa-like jeep he named Vapid Coyote. Would be cool to see them in IVPack.

I guess folks are glossing over the fact that CP said his ZMOD licence is coming to an end. Meaning he won't see a reason to continue paying when the goal of his mod is complete here.

I might have a good idea of what you can Add to the IV Pack: More Vehicles with the same car platforms

 

Example of what I mean:

  • "Declasse Premier Brougham" based on 1987 Chevrolet Caprice classic
  • "Dundreary Cadrona" based on 1986 Fox-Body Mercury Capri
  • "Declasse Alpine" based on Chevrolet Avalanche
  • "Willard Elegance" based on Ford Taurus sedan

 

Those are Just some ideas i have to give to the project, hope it helps you out.

Hello.
I would like to say to all of you a big thank you for these two years of my hard and very boring work converting IV vehicles to V. The main goal was achieved, it's a rare thing in modding community.
Thank you for all contributors who helped me to fix or bring their ideas/models to IVPack. I know that it was mostly weeping and gnashing of teeth because of crashes or my bugs which I was blamed. That is how modding works, it will be never as good as done by developer.
Ash and Silent told me about donations. I'm not sure that is a good way, because community will tell me that I'm a liar and a greedy scumbag. I don't want to be remembered as a bad guy. If you have any ideas, let me know what to do.
The future patches will be a compatibility with new DLCs and maybe a small bugfixes in current models.

@CP It's not greedy imo. I think donations are a way for people to say "you done good, keep up the good work" as a pat on the back. And this support shows the creators that their work is appreciated. And I if any of us donate you at least a dollar, I'm sure that this will keep you going, people showing their support and all. And you've never shown being greedy nor scumbag and donations is not something bad. The mod is complete, that's for sure and for me a nice addition would be adding the MP3 vehicles into the game. That's why I would donate to you. I and I think others too really appreciate and love your work. And if you don't want to have a Patreon (or any kind of donation service) then it's ok.
