Start another mission (peferabilly one w/o a time limit that starts immediatly), then go and get the scooter, or 2. Begin the first assasination mission, catch up with the guy on the scooter, smash the scooter with a car, so he falls off. Then, get on the bike, and ither run him over, or shoot him from the front of the bike. Once you have that bike, and the mission is over, I beleve that getting off it, and getting back on will not start the Pizza Boy mission. Enjoy!!
