@Darth, fun, precisely it alll boils down to fun, I'm a serious legit gamer and my beloved game has nothing to strive for now. Its all for sh*tz and giggles . Two hour play time after work, all for sh*tz and giggles.

 

Modders might as well let the cattle run loose down the street and Ill find a Christmas tree in my garage. I also want the option to go totally nude, no clothing and run around los santos in the buff, jewels hanging as I gun down players while Im in God Mode. Hell yeah why not, If we open up this can of worms anything goes now

I had a couple people using this glitch to kill me. It was annoying I'll admit, but I didn't cry.

 

I researched the glitch and tried it out. However, not against other players. I dressed up as a civilian, stole a car off the street, and made it my goal to get as close as possible to other players completely undetected. I'd stop at red lights, pull up next to other players on foot, and match the speed of other NPC's on the road. It makes for some really good laughs.

 

It'll get patched, and everyone will move on, but know that not all of us have malicious intentions. GTAO is all about making your own fun.

It's sad when people depend on glitches to have fun on this game. If it's so boring without them then you should consider playing another game.

Worst part is most people aren't creative enough to have fun with this. They'll just kill u till they've had they're fill.

 

For me, I just had one of the most fun sessions I've ever had. And I probably died more than I killed.

I am really very tempted to try it just to mess around, I'm not a griefer.

 

Steal a cop car, put on my cop uniform, then follow people around.

 

Yup, as it turns out NPC vehicles are not the best camouflage. Cop cars are. NPC don't really drive sporadically, cop cars do. Youre way less likely to be picked out driving around in a cop car with a 2 star wanted level. Nobody thinks anything of it.

The name still appears over your head in view of the other player so I don't understand how you pretend and blend in, cause my specialty is sniping, Im trained to look for the name first to confirm Im locked onto the right player in my sight. And even when Im not sniping, I still look for the name above the head first and foremost.

If players are hiding and sniping off radar on rooftops, guess Ill have to look high now when moving round the map.

They've been around pretty much as long as the game, as have all the common glitches. It has nothing to do with the platform since it's broken software that's at fault.

Pretend? You'd be surprised how easy it is to blend in. Especially in a cop outfit. Had a 9k bounty and everyone kept passing me.

Players like myself are against it, and other glitches/exploits like god mode because they get abused and we end up getting not only griefed, but also screwed over once Rockstar attempts to fix it and messes other stuff up in the process.

 

every time a glitch and/or exploit like this gets found and abused, Rockstar has to take their concentration on stuff that needs to be fixed and have to concentrate on patching this junk instead, and then the same idiots who exploit and abuse these glitches and exploits are the ones that whine when the other stuff does not get fixed because Rockstar had to deal with the stuff the cheaters exploited to gain unfair advantages over the legit players.

Oh yeah dood. Nothing's more fun than when you're in a free roam event and some guy waltzes in and kills everyone else, because no one knows where he is, and he wins easily. Or when you are driving around the city with a bounty, hoping for an intense hunt, but instead a jet you didn't even know was coming drops out of the sky and murders you, and then spawn-kills you just for giggles. Nothing more fun than that, doooood.

 

As usual, this kind of glitching is fun for exactly one person: the glitcher. Everyone else's experience in the game suffers. But who cares about that, eh? As long as YOU are having fun and getting easy kills and winning every event, f*ck 'em. Right? Because of course we all know, there's no way to have fun in a video game apart from having power that no one else has, and winning every conflict almost uncontested.

Was Online yesterday there were 2 totally invisible players one was Redpancake-216 on PS4. Its a wrap theyve broken through. I find this way more annoying than god moders on ps3 at least yiu could avoid them. These two guys just kept popping up on me out of nowhere. Whack

It's really kind of pathetic on the part of R*. In other PvP games, I would play years without ever encountering a glitcher/modder/cheater (sure they happen, but the makers of the game shut them down pretty quickly). In GTAO, R* goes years without fixing known glitches, and you meet a cheater almost everyday.

Well we certainly agree on that last part. The whole console & generation & PC thing is beyond me. I thought gaming was supposed to be fun!

Theres no win win. Used New Generation consoles are dirt cheap. Gaming isn't for everyone. People buy it , try it and find out theyre lives are busier at work, or theyd rather catch up on bills and go out to eat. Our craigslist and pawn shops is full of used NEW generation consoles

 

I know families who put an xbox one console in every room, or three or four systems in one room so whole friends and family can play single player together seriously, My friend is on his third, going on fourth.

 

Right now youre "In" if youre getting occulus rift and all those Virtual reality headsets. I don't know what hand controllers come with it, what type of games they play on it or if I can bear wearing that thing on my head

 

Again, in 1st world countries, were so spoiled and swimming in excess stuff, owning things means squat. Do whatever makes you happy, if its a xbox 360 a One, a ps4 , a PC, Occulus Rift, whatever, but not to impress others obviously
