Players Permanently Off Radar in Free Roam - PS4 & XB1

I was in a lobby full of them. I don't think it would be a good idea to have such a thing as a permanent option as you would never be able to find anyone.

some people dont want to be found....

 

having a beeping gps tracker on me that all the other 29 criminals in the city can use to track me i find very immersion breaking.

That's why invite only exists, when you don't want to play with others, go invite only, or solo, as you wish, this ruins the game for everybody

I do all those lobby options. Most of the time I'm in crew/friend sessions.

Yea its the new glitch for cowardly scrubs that get beasted all the time on GTA and realise it's a way for them to cheese kills back.

 

If i were you, just avoid the game until it's patched that's what im doing. Easy to stay away tbh, with TTK and then Battlefront, NFS and fallout 4 all due soon.

 

Had some little c*nt try to dogfight me yesterday while he was permanently off radar, i honestly wouldn't have noticed if it wasn't for the fact he missed his target at the first try because I was spiraling up and chasing another Jet.

 

After that, I just slaughtered him, f*cking scrub cant even win with a cheat.

 

To all the people using this glitch to cheese kills, sell your game , you don't belong in this community, you are nothing but scum.

As widespread as this glitch has become, I have a feeling that it's bound to get patched pretty soon. In every single session I join, there's always at least 1 or 2 people using it. In the last session I was in, I counted at least 6 people using it, not including myself

 

I kinda like how it forces you to always be on your toes, as someone could have you in their sights at any moment.

I never said I use this glitch to get cheap kills. I only will kill other people using it, even when other people shoot/kill me. My K/D ratio has dropped .10 since I've been using it. I don't care about K/D ratio, and I don't mind being killed. It's all part of the fun.

I might have to lay some proximity mines out the front the cinemas. Still, PS4 online is so much less crazy than the PC one.

As far as I know there is no timer for cars bought off a website, so there is nothing preventing exactly the scenario you just described.

 

There is only a timer for cars stolen off the street.

 

I think they are affected by the timer.

How about if Rockstar made the map so it was like a deathmatch, where your blip would show if you make noise.

 

This would be pretty cool, you will show up if you honk your horn, use explosives/gun fire etc. Maybe a 5 second blip or something, just enough time to show you are on the map.

I love this glitch. Sure people who just hide and snipe or use fighter jets with it are lame as sh*t, but people who use it for more crazier things like melee kills or minding their own business, well this is awsome.

Always on blips is just a trolls tool anyways. if you want to find someone, its easy to do.. it really is. No need for a constant blip to be up unless you just want to stalk and annoy the sh*t of players, which has always been the reality of GTA O due to always on blips.

I think it would be cool in some aspects. An option for invite only sessions along with the turning off cops/turning off friendly fire/turning off insurance ideas that I really like - now that would be fine and cool.

 

However, as the default option for every public server on GTAO? I'd hate that. Freeroam would be a blank, desolate world where nothing happens anywhere other than designated spots where people camp to kill people, like downtown LSC or Tinsel Towers.

Who are they going to shoot? Nobody's on the radar. Nobody's going to be able to get into random fights with people unless they wait around at LSC or something or continuously fire bullets into the air so they can track each other down.
