I got they game any play it normally. No ban, but I don't visit Stardock that often so IDK.

 

Got Mass Effect for 7.5€ yesterday on Steam. Hell yeah, dling it now. Half price, no freaking postage, no freaking custom clerks with their freaking little stamps and freaking taxes.

I heard. And even better, if Nvidia blocks this, they will be shooting themselves in the foot. I wouldn't be getting an Nvidia card anyway, you never know what new restrictions will they apply - "Umm, sorry, but it seems you're using some Intel chipset we don't like, so your card will auto destruct in 10 seconds".

 

When the mass production starts, the price will plummet and a Lucid ship well become as standard as CF (or SLI) support is.

nVidia have done so many sh*t things recently (no physx with an ATI card, gimping ATI cards in a game, etc) I know lots of people who boycott them if they do this.

 

There was a review on the speed of it, right now its about equal to SLI and Crossfire, with Immature drivers, etc, which is good because at the same time of its life, both SLI and CF sucked balls, plus this works with every game out of the box and has no stuttering, etc.

Yeah, hose test show practically linear increase in performance. Two same cards almost double your FPS. Not sure what would happen if you had a dx10 and a dx11 card running a dx11 game.

Nah, the tests were not THAT good, something like 70% scaling, but for immature drivers and stuff that's very good.

 

It defaults to the lowest card you have, so if you have a HD5870, a HD4890 and a GTX 285, it defaults to DX10 of the GTX 285, leaving DX10.1 and DX11 stuff unavailable.

 

Although you can disable individual cards, so if, for example, in GTA IV, I needed a bit of extra performance, I could throw in my 6800GS and get 4 extra FPS cause its DX9 only, but then boot up Crysis to play in DX10 and disable the 6800.

Hey guys, Ive come to the conclusion that my RAM is holding my PC back, since it hates to run at 4 4 4 12.

 

Can you guys recommend any brands or models? To run at 4 4 4 12 of course, and to be able to keep up with my overclocking.

DAO is great and is absolutely worth it. I played it for a while now and I think it is the best RPG in my eyes since Baldur's Gate 2

Posted the guide on another forum. You may find it a tad complex, but it's easy to follow and you only need to complete it once.

If you do that to much I believe you will get caught. Also I thought that they tracked where you're from through your credit card(or whatever payment method you use.

Nope, they can't track you. And besides, you are PAYING for the game, it's not my fault I can get past their IP checking process via perfectly legal methods. Methods I might be using for, say, security purposes.

But they can track accounts that are only used for gifting to another account, and once they are suspicious about an highly active gifting account they will shut you out. People have been banned for trying to buy outside their own zone. Also an highly active gift receiver (from multiple accounts) might get flagged at Valve.
