Yeah, I don't care about anything above 1080p right now. Frames per second are more important to me.

definitely getting dirt 3 when it comes out, not only does the single player look amazing but the multiplayer looks fun too, not like most other racing games online.

Gonna be completely honest. Brink seems overhyped and generic, everywhere I go I see people saying how great the game looks but whenever I watch a gameplay video or an early stream it just looks to me like a boring TF2 clone + parkour. Seems like it will be a flavour of the month and then people will forget about it afterwards. And I really dislike the art style they've gone with.

 

As for DiRT 3 and Fable 3, I'm not the slightest bit interested in either.

Thats esentially what its gonne be.

 

TF2-style with extremly good parkour like mouvements, a very high degree of customization, better shooting mechanics and a more mature art style.

 

I think it looks ace, TF2 is just slightly too childish, not that its bad.

Mirrors Edge was brilliant though.

Stylewise? Yes, storywise bland and pretty much as cliché filled as Modern Warfare 2.

 

But indeed, great game. The only thing(s) that dragged the 'quality' down and what I hated about the game were the story and the length of the game.

Yeah I was playing Mirror's Edge just earlier love the gameplay but could do without the lame story. I roll my eyes when the dumb comic style cutscenes come on. It would work better if it didn't seem like it was written by a 7 year old.

Well, you may be right, lets just add it to the great games that weren't released to the PC, just in case, here's my wishlist of games that would come to PC(probably it will in 5 years w/ emulation):

Red Dead Redemption

God Of War III

LA Noire

Halo Reach

....

Don't forget Mario NES!(or the first super mario lol) and and the original Pacman! But hey, thank god they released Pong, I never would've imagined what happen if it wasn't released to the PC tounge.gif

Whatever, We'll only wait 7 years to play it on the PC, I don't care if the console gamers are getting it in 7 days. tounge.gif

nope, not eve online.

the game i saw had way more details, and you could explore planets and land on astroids that where the size of a city.

i think it was still in beta stage at that time

Wow, sounds great. Good business move to make a game now when there's a popular show based on the novels. A lot more people will be interested in it.

Hahaha that was me for awhile and then I got my sorry butt on Steam and started getting some awesome games. First game I installed on my PC though was Starcraft 2, pure awesomeness.

No I didn't really, but be able to run Minecraft with its many mods was a reason as some of these mods push the processor and graphical grunt required of Minecraft.

Minecraft is pretty demanding for what it is, with higher res texture packs running and even with x5 draw distance mod running tounge.gif

 

I bought a decent PC 15 months ago ish. Same level of spec as OTB's, Slightly better. All I play now is minecraft and TF2. suicidal.gif

I play everything. It's just Minecraft is something I play when I'm too lazy to play BFBC2 or its really late or something. tounge.gif

 

Now I'm peaking at 64C with Linpack on silent mode (linpack is more stressing than Prime). It's so unimaginably great having a quiet PC.
