Need some help choosing between AC Brotherhood and Crysis 2. Played both game's prequels, I loved AC for its story while Crysis for its gameplay. Which one should I go for?

 

Obviously, it needs to be a good port.

Crysis 2 isn't a port, but it is dumbed down from the first game quite a lot. Still loads of fun and runs like a dream whilst still looking good.

AC:B is a port and some of my mates have some bad performance/glitch issues with it and are saying it wasn't really worth the buy, despite being quite fun.

 

It's up to you I guess.

Oh man that game was such a huge waste of money for me.

 

Unless you enjoy a game where all you need to do is to press and hold the Up arrow till you reach the end of the race, DO NOT GET IT.

 

The first time I installed it I got bored after the first few races, I decided to give it a shot later on again and got bored even earlier.

 

I'd rate it a solid -1/10. It's that bad IMO.

Last time I checked Steam version was unpatched so people couldn't play MP. Check Steam forums.

For this price singleplayer is worth it IMO.

Man, the atmosphere in the game is so well made.

I got allowed into the apb closed beta on sunday so I've been playing that a lot. I didn't buy it befroe because it was p2p but it's definitely a good game.

It does get boring and repetitive after a while and the shooting isn't the best but the gameplay is good and the missions are fun.

 

Glad I never bought nfs undercover because I just got mass effect for £2.50.

mostly been playing Just Cause 2 (in this case I kinda wish I got it on the PS3 as the controls with a mouse and keyboard make me rage).

and Fallout 3 and New Vegas.

I run around in Assassin's Creed Brotherhood when I'm inclined. Not finding much fun in the multiplayer sadly.

I got in about a week or two ago and have been playing it extensively. The game is actually pretty damn good but it has a lot of problems. The massive lag spikes, weapon imbalance and aimbotters mainly. Once they fix that sh*t it will improve greatly.

 

As for Metro: Last Light, I can't wait, Metro 2033 was bloody brilliant.

Well it is still in the beta stages, the crashes and bugs are annoying but they will eventuallt be fixed, and soon I think because the open beta starts on May 18th.

Haven't played 1.5 but congratulations to GamersFirst for f*cking it up.

 

Lost all interest to the game after the database wipe, but I've been thinking about continuing since now you can migrate your old RTW APB character to the new servers.

I very rarely get crashes, actually. Once every 2 or 3 days so far. Maybe your settings are a bit iffy.
