Well, i found one native but im not sure how to use it:

void START_PLAYER_SWITCH(Any p0, Any p1, Any p2, Any p3) // 0xFAA23F2CBA159D67 0x0829E975 

To prevent the player from doing missions (if thats what you mean) go here:

p0 or p1 is PLAYER_PED_ID()

p2 is in most cases 0 and p3 is always 3 if I'm right.

First two arguments are ped handles. And I believe first argument is the ped you are switching from and the second is that you switching to.

Now, if I have a save with 100% game finished, how I can load savegame ?
