drvice Posted January 27, 2003 Share Posted January 27, 2003 ok my lil bro has a gameshark and wants to use it on vice city....cause hes to lazy to get 100% the right way.... but after lookin at the code list i think it'll be fun to play around with....so we printed all the vice city codes off gamesharks web site i put the master cheat in and a bunch of others but i cant get it too work ....someone help me ...i'm lettin my lil bro down and thats not cool.... how does it work step by step Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
The-Jackal Posted January 27, 2003 Share Posted January 27, 2003 Ok, so make sure first that the codes are the right codes, because if they arent sh*t goes wrong. Once you know they are the right codes, select the ones you want to use, and press the start button (make sure it's not too many codes active, like keep it below 15 or else it screws up) Then choose to start with codes, press x. Then it will prompt you to take out the GS load disc, so do that, and put in Vice city. Then press x and play the game as normal. Hope that helps, good luck. hotFDLC Posted January 28, 2003 Share Posted January 28, 2003 The proper function of the gameshark requires two things: 1) you do not exceed the maximum amount of coding allowed to be used in a game. This is about 100 lines of code. Each code can have more than one line, so add up how many each code you have turned on has and see if you are using a safe amount. 2) you have the right codes. I don't know ne body that has gotten the inf health and/or armor codes to work from that site. Try this one instead> the gfcc. This site has many great codes made by the peeps that run the site AND by people just like us that don't know a thing about codes. Also check out the boards and look in the vice city hacking section.
