Basic and Advanced Training

Each Recruit will go to a 3 day Basic Training Course. You will learn In game and real life skills. We will train you to the best of your ability and make sure your always ready for battle. In Basic Training there are 3 Phases. Blue Phase, Black Phase and Grey Phase. After you complete phase 1-3 The recruit will then move on to Advanced Individual Training. The recruit straight for basic will learn the skills to help him be successful in their chosen division

 

Infantry, Air Force and Recon

 

 

We offer three Branches Airforce, Infantry and Recon.

Each division is Specialized in Different things

Infantry: Ground fighting; Including easy Chopper gunners. Explosive Experts, RifleMen Paratroopers and Combat Drivers

 

Air Force: Trained pilots, We fight in air to air combat and also get ride of tanks insurgents and armored vehicles in Combat Situations.

ESOR Pilots fly fighter jets (Laser and Hydra and Helicopters( BlackHawk and Buzzards)

 

Recon: Specially trained snipers who take out enemies on the battle field and HVT( High Valued Targets)

The are in the fight but you can't see them.

Extras

In ESOR every new members has the chance for a promotion to get to an officer rank. Each rank provides a new job that you will have to take care of.

 

Example: Getting the rank or First Sergeant, you control Security for Foreign affairs meetings and provide protection in clan meetings.

Example 2: When you reach the rank of Warrant Officer you get involved in High stakes operations and missions

Gamertag must be changed, If you in the clan for a while with no name change and your loyal most likely a fellow member can get you points for you to change it.

Also Each member with get training in Basic Training, this includes; Practice missions and Riflemen skills. After basic training you move on to AIT( Advance Individual Training) You will get trained with whatever division you choose.

 

A couple rules you must know:

1.IF you get any information that is important to ESOR you just tell and High ranking officer if you don't this can resolve in a demotion or a Suspension.

2. MUST follow rules of engagement.( don't fire unless fired upon)

3. If engaged you must let a General or a Officer know

4. If anyone challenges ESOR to a clan match(Team Death Matches) a General must approve it

5. Must follow commands or orders from ranks above you.(doing so can resolve in a promotion)
