Deminu
I have a really bad internet connection, thusly I usually turn off my router and play the story mode offline so I don't have to deal with update after update after update. Lately, I haven't been able to do so. I constantly get a message saying the game services were unavailable. Once, I managed to get into the game, but after the R* logos it kicked me out for some authorization thing. I have the physical discs. I own the game. I would really like to, you know, play it. I just need some way of getting it to go into offline mode(yes, -scofflinemode produces the same thing) without updating. Is there some sort of bypass thing I can use to skip the SC launcher and just play the story mode?

Deminu
So, essentially, I can't play. Brilliant. These are the kinds of things that make me want to use cracks. $60 game, right down the drain. Edited October 4, 2015 by Deminu
Deminu
New development, attempted to update again, gets to 76 mb, keeps going, but then fails. Click retry, it always resets at 76.00MB. Which pretty much means I can't play anymore, which is damn near maddening. Nice job, R*.
