Also I've only played Vice once (and on someone elses saved game) so forgive me for my stupidity but... Can you save without owning a property? (eg at the Hotel) Finally getting Vice tomorrow! The-Jackal Posted January 27, 2003 Share Posted January 27, 2003 Well, youll have alot to do before you can buy properties but there are two clear cut favorites: 1) Sunshine autos: -easy money ($9000) once you finish the missions and lots of garages 2) The Malibu: -harder missions but $10000 a day once you finish the missions. You can only buy businesses after u complete the mission shakedown. it doesnt really matter which you buy first, its up to you. I waited until I got 14,000 so I could buy hyman condo with the heli on top.. but in hindsight I'm thinkin I should have bought one on the first island. something like el swanko casa would make a good first propery, its reletivly cheap and it has a garage. and yes u can save w/o owning a propery at the ocean beach hotel (which is given to you) but there is no garage. it looks like this guy is jumping rope haha actually it doesnt... just looks weird Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you'll buy Hyman Condo then, all the Hidden Package surprises are on top of them. (And with the $100.000, you can buy the Malibu soon, only $20.000 needed.) The Swanko thingy is $8,000 and the cheapest property with a garage is Leaf Links Aprtmnt (Near Leaf Links ) That should wrap things up.
