I think I had mine fully modded (can be wrong tho) and that sh*t couldn't even get up to pacific standard (the bank) for the finale startup point, one day i decided to take it with me. Now on other news if people actually knew how to play heists for all means riding the bikes is awesome. But if they cannot even survive on Pacific-Setup-Photograph Vans... So it's not plausible for a crook to get his own car from his house, but stealing 4 bikes to jump off a cliff which magically eliminates the police and attacking a military convoy for some explosives is? You don't have to follow the person into the garage, or get in the Kuruma. It's easy money either way. U don't have to use a Kuruma by the way. Update:Some people have posted good ideas that should be taken in consideratoin if the patch is not possibile: 1)You have your apartment confiscated without any refunds if you use a kuruma during the heist.It seems a good idea to me as it is more realistic 2)Noose waiting in your garage.Less realistic than the idea above, but definitly more realistic than now and more challenging. 3)You should choose between bikes and kurumas in the plan board.But where with the bikes it is harder to do heists, it should be free if you choose bikes, and given that with kurumas is easier, you should pay 40k more if you choose them. If they manage to follow you to the apartment and you try to enter, you will get a message that you are in view of the cops and you cannot enter. How about the Lawn Mower Challenge and the Dozer Challenge? Both are decidedly slower than sprinting and should provide plenty of fun. If you are, I had the same problem and it turned out it was my controller that was broken. DS4s are cheaply made controllers, unfortunately...I had that same problem too. Two controllers, both had the same problem reoccur in just under a few months. Two faulty left sticks. 'Can't use KERS, character movement sticks, happens with every game. You can get a free replacement because to my knowledge Sony is aware their controllers are f*cked. I got a new controller but if the same thing happens to the controller (a third time) I'm giving up on the PS4 until they get their sh*t together. Btw, yes, i have quit some heists because of people using kurumas instead of bikes.No way 3 people have it easy inside a bulletproof car when i am the only one vulnerable to bullets and police cars. I mean, using the bikes should be the only path one should complete the heist, its this way that it was designed by Rockstar. Stop trying to troll me! If you act anymore virtuous I'm actually going to start to think that you're serious and that you are against using the safe and profitable alternative. BUT I'm yet to find say a group of people to do it for fun, so just say "ok this time we're all getting there on the bikes + parachute down no matter what". I know most of the times its just about completing it first try so that the others won't leave. Now talking about the Kuruma, I had a recent experience with a guy from the forums, great player and he was with 2 friends or maybe good randoms. We got to the canyon on his kuruma, now he screws up a bit and we end up in one of the mountains before the dinghy and the kuruma is right on a creek so it was total damage. We get out and like in a goddamn movie we start shooting the three or four helis coming for us, then we get to one of the roads and we keep on shooting cops like crazy, somebody steals a patrol, we get in, like 40 seconds remaining, but no, we didn't make it (in the PS3 version I'm used to the fact there is no timer, so even easier). But it was so fun, I mean that crazy ending and unexpected damaging of the kuruma right at the end. It would have been epic to get there on time... Good times. The other failures, I get there on the bike, start smoking, second guy arrives, we keep on waiting, third guy arrives, wait a bit more, then 20 seconds later the fourth one days. Other time, we get there, three of us, almost at the same time, then fourth guy takes the weirdest route but whatever works for you buddy and so as we were in the dinghy, the fourth guy is coming down from the forrest side and he dies (to this day I think it is because he probably had little health left and stumbled upon a tree or something). Nowadays most people are aware of the kuruma, some even will say "guys I have the apartment I'll take the kuruma out", so I don't see honestly another efficient way of getting it done with randoms. You could even use the NOSE car if you shoot the witnesses but most noobs won't even know how to get the car up there in the hills (you know, left right left right trick to go up a hill on a slow car) so if they get the driving seat before you do, you never know (happened to me once so we got off the car and they started running to the parachute spot on the bridge but some idiot tripped instead of parachuting or something and died). So all Im saying is that if you have friends to have fun with, then there's bikes and laughs. If you have friends that are not that "close" virtually and you know they just wanna complete the job, then kuruma and that's it. If you play it with only randoms, then kuruma and that's it.
