American Viking Posted September 19, 2015 Share Posted September 19, 2015 According to the GTA Wiki, they can be found in El Burro Heights, Vespucci Beach, the sewers in East Vinewood near La Mesa, and they're mostly active at night. GTA-Biker Posted September 20, 2015 Share Posted September 20, 2015 They usually spawn in El Burro Heights (near Lester´s house),in Vespucci Beach (in the alley where Franklin and Lamar were looking for a Bagger bike) and in storm drain between Mirror Park and East Vinewood (they have a car meet there at night). YoNard1212 Posted July 11 Share Posted July 11 They are in fudge Lane in East LS, right along the El Rancho Blvd. They are also in East Vinewood (drain canal), and in Melanoma St in Vespucci.
