You kill a player with a bounty. What do *you* do with the money?

This morning I had a Daily Objective of collecting a bounty and some random player got one just as I left my garage. One Hydra and a few rockets later I completed the objective. I had plenty of money and it was $7k, and it was an easy kill, so I gave the money back to him.

 

I don't go for bounties very often, so I wondered if what I did was typical or unusual.

If it's $3000+ I give 50% of it to the bounty and keep the rest.

 

This is assuming they don't try anything stupid like trying to get into a jet, or wallbreaching, or leaving the session etc. etc. etc.

The last one I got was for $1000 and blew my Zentorno up getting it so I put the money in to insurance. I completely forgot I could give the money back I would have given it to him if I remembered because he was only a level 12 and I just got $25,000 because the bounty was my last daily objective.

I give the de-bountied player the bounty money. I don't need the money and further, in this game that often reflects the worst in all of us doing something that's non-dbaggish shines a ever so tiny light that not everyone is a selfish prick in the game.

Any bounty on someone under Lvl 100 give it back. Over 100 and I choose a random under 100.

Just is in life, finding like minded people make the experience better. The 1 to 29 ratio might be excessive. I'd go 3 cool people to 27 narrowed minded souls who feel this game is only about killing, KD and chaos, lol.

 

I run with an older crowd. There is something fun about just hanging out having undersea sub demo derbys and even if we have bounties, no one kills or tries to take one without asking. The "I can get shot in the back" at any second atmosphere doesn't exist.

 

The proletariat can have their ways, my group and I have our own niche.

If they're low level I give them the money, unless it's 7k or 9k then I only give them half. If they're higher than like level 50 then f*ck em I earned it.

Wallbreach with 9k bounty killing others trying to get it and he was rank 200+. I got my tank went passive off radar came out of passive and other two players stood there while I shot the building and killed him. After that I went passive again an banked the cash, destroyed my tank...looked at the map bc I was gonna keep killing him, but he went passive after I got him out of there. I lose it 4sec after usually on car insurance when Killing with hydra

 

I only get the bounties becouse they are good source of RP in FR, for 10 i get half of the level (15k RP)

I only ever collect bounties if its a daily objective, and even then I look for an afk player and slap one on him so its only fair that i give hime all the momey

Only if I kill someone AFK, who I put the bounty on myself. Then it's just 1k and I give it to them, along with an apology txt.
