Unlock ALL Characters in Director mode.

I know you unlock the animals by eating the peyote but how do you unlock the special characters? Is there a guide somewhere to find their locations if all we have to do is meet them?

Just follow this

and you will get them all. Just to note also, the DANCING HILLBILLY and MIME can be skipped, because they cannot be unlocked. To see a list of ALL the special characters that can be unlocked from that video, here's the GTAWiki page to the Director Mode.
